SK Asisan Appoints New Secretary and Treasurer

The inaugural session of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Asisan, Tagaytay City was held on November 16, 2023. The SK Chairman, Neil Justine de Sagun, presented the appointments of Tricia Larisse David as SK Secretary and Josh Louis Erni as SK Treasurer. A resolution was unanimously passed to confirm their appointments as they were qualified under the Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015. Copies of the resolution and appointments will be furnished to the relevant city offices.

RESOLUTION No. 2023-01

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. TRICIA LARISSE DAVID


AS SANGGUNIAN KABATAAN SECRETARY AND MR. JOSH LOUIES ERNI AS
SANGGUNIAN KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY ASISAN,
TAGAYTAY CITY

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the


Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson,
with the concurrence of the majority of all SK members, appoint from among the
Katipunan ng Kabataan, as a secretary and treasurer;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman, Hon. Neil Justine de Sagun


presented to the council the appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary, Ms. Tricia
Larisse D. David and the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer, Mr. Josh Louis Erni.

WHEREAS, both Ms. Tricia Larisse David and Mr. Josh Louis Erni posseses all the
qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and Treasurer as provided under
Section 10 of R.A. 10742;

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Neil Justine de Sagun, seconded


unanimously, be it

RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Asisan, Tagaytay City to


confirm as it hereby confirms the appointment of Ms. Tricia Larisse David as Barangay
Secretary and Mr. Justine Louies Erni as Barangay Treasurer of the Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay Asisan, Tagaytay City.
RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish a copy of this resolution and a copy of their
appointment the Office of the City Local Government Operations Officer, the Office of
the City Mayor and the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod for their information.

Adopted, November 16, 2023 at barangay Asisan, Tagaytay City.
