Manufacturing Procedure: Formula Specifications:


1. Heat phases A and C up to 75°C. Aspect: Off-white fluid lotion
2. When the temperature is up to 75°C, add premix B into A and Viscosity (Brookfield LV, spindle 4, 6 rpm, 1 min): 2 000 - 4 500 cP
keep under medium/high stirring during 30 minutes to pH: 5.0 - 5.5
hydrate phospholipids. Preservative efficacy test: Pass
3. Add C and D (just before emulsifying) into AB under maximum Pilot batch: 32 kg
stirring during 3 minutes to emulsify the product.
4. Cool down under medium stirring.
5. Add ingredients of E, one by one, below 40°C. Stability Tests:
6. Adjust the pH if necessary. Up to 2 weeks at Room Temperature and 50°C
Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min): Stable
Vibrating table (400 rpm, 4h): Stable
