1. Executive Summary
We wish to thank OHM MOBILITY for inviting us to propose for the Tenant to
tenant migration Solution for your O365 infrastructure. DigitalTrack
Solutions proposes the security solution from Office 365 to achieve the
requirements.
This proposal outlines our solution, the scope/coverage of the assignment and
the benefits/deliverables to OHM MOBILITY.
Digital Track Solutions is specialized in providing Information Security &
Storage Solutions and services.
Digital Track Solutions customer base is in excess of 1000 customers across
diverse industries such as Government, ISP’s, Banking & Financial
institutions, Airlines and Large Corporates.

Vulnerability Management leading to Governance.

are best of breed and specialized in specific areas. This approach delivers the
optimum balance between cost and implementation time while addressing all
the requirements of OHM MOBILITY.

Our belief is that with a Azure solution we offer OHM MOBILITY, a solution
which is currently being used by other Institutions in the region for similar
requirements. Digital Track Solutions has a total staff strength of around
300+ employees in the Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai and
Coimbatore, Kolkata, Vizag, Delhi. This team strength coupled with Azure
presence on the ground will ensure a timely response to OHM MOBILITY.
Our Understanding of the requirement
We understand that the primary objectives of this project comprise of the
following requirements:
➢ OHM MOBILITY decided to migrate their existing tenant to new tenant
mail & drive migration .
The proposed solutions should integrate well with the new Office 365
environment / security architecture implementation.

Our Solution Summary
For this specific need of OHM MOBILITY, we propose the following solution
to be deployed in the new Office 365 Environment .
➢ Creating new Microsoft tenant & bulk upload migration participants
Users in new O365 environment .
➢ Perform manual migration for mailbox & onedrive.
We believe we have addressed the requirements comprehensively in our
proposal. We would be happy to provide any clarification or further
information, should it be required.

Based on the above solution find the below details
✓ Export the user’s mail data as pst from source tenant & upload the same
in target tenant.
✓ Drive migration will complete by manual with users credentials .
✓ In target mailbox migrated as separate folder (inactive folder) only,
new mails will be on active folder .
✓ Estimated mail data size is 421 GB.
✓ Estimated drive data size is 227 GB.
Pre-requisites:
✓ Migration users list (44 users)
✓ Source users credentials (user name & password)
✓ Domain DNS console.
✓ Migration required users pst(s) in Harddisk.
Time line:
✓ Mail migration – 9 Business days
✓ Drive migration – 5 Business days
✓ Total days – 14 business days.

Migration notes:
✓ Migrated mail data in separate folder in user’s mailbox.
✓ Migration will start once the pre -requisites are fulfilled.
✓ This manual migration doesn’t have any throttling issue in this
migration.
