VI. Setting the amount of registration fee. The fees shall cover the election expenses like
the honoraria for the BES Chairman and Members as provided for in Section 1 Article 9
of 2022 Liga Election Code:
Section 1. Each Liga chapter shall appropriate funds from the proceeds of the registration
fees of its election meeting to pay for the following honoraria for:
1. For Municipal and Component City Liga
Chapters: BES Chairman - P 3,000.00
BES Member - P 2,000.00
2. For Independent Component and Highly Urbanized Cities, Metropolitan and
Provincial Liga Chapters:
BES Chairman - P 5,000.00
BES Member - P 3,000.00

3. The amount of P 5,000.00 shall likewise be allotted for incidental expenses such
as transportation and documents transmittal via LBC cargo, DHL or like services.
VII. Setting of date, time and place of the Liga chapter election and distribution of Calendar of
Election Activities and Guidelines as per Memorandum Circular No. 2023-001
