INFORMATION FOR SCOUTS
1. Events applying and assigning - Sportsbase center
The whole process of games assigning is carried out via our special platform - Sportsbase:
https://backoffice.statscore.com/sportsbase/ss/announcements
Using the Sportbase is possible only on PC/Laptop.
All information about the platform are described in the “Scouts System Help Center”. This space contains helpful
tips and descriptions of bookmarks, options and functionalities.
a) Applying for the events from venues
There are two types of games, you are able to apply for:
Game of the main team (team, which has been assigned to Scout during the recruitment process).
resposibilty - Scouts Manager (private message, group on the Telegram communicator). SM should assign you
automatically, but you can also apply to all home games of your team via Sportsbase
Team from the same country, but from the other division (competition level) or other sport.
responsibility - Allocation Specialist
The Scout declares his willingness to provide coverage of a team that plays its games near the Scout's place of
residence (but not from the league, where he became a Main Scout) using the “Available events” tab
The Scout is not informed later than 48 hours before the start of the game, whether the match has been
assigned to him. The Scout can find out about the decision by looking into the "My events" tab.
Every Scout can cover events from venue, after they have scouted a few events from TV.
Information about the refund for transport and tickets - “Rules and regulations” in Sport Base
Information about the photographs from venue - attachment: “Photo from venue”
In case of an exceptional situation, when you can't cover an event that has been assigned, you are
obligate to inform the Allocation Specialist or Scouts Quality Controllers about it. Contact with them via
Telegram or by phone (number is given in point 3). Always make sure, that the recipient has read your
message and accepts that fact. All other notifications will be rejected. Scouts that frequently give
notification of resignation, should understand that this will result in consequences. If there is no resposne,
write to other contacts (e.q. your SM). Sometimes it may happen that a given contact is unavailable.
b) Applying for the events from TV
The Scout declares his willingness to provide coverage for a match that will be broadcasted via television.
https://backoffice.statscore.com/sportsbase/ss/offer
The decision whether the Scout will be assigned to perform the coverage is made by the division responsible for
match assignments, which takes into account factors such as:
the delay of TV coverage in relation to a real-time event,
the quality of previous coverages,
experience gained during coverage from stadiums.
Your personal Scouts Manager decides, if you can apply for the TV games, taking into account all of the above
factors.
The Scout is not informed later than 24 hours before the start of the game, whether the match has been
assigned to him. The Scout can find out about the decision by looking into the "My events" tab.
Contact with our Allocation Specialist Ariel (his Telegram and e-mail are placed in point 6) if you would
like to cover a games via TV.
2. Salary and bonuses
Scout receive a regular salary for every event they scout in accordance with the payment table in their contract.
Payment is paid in EURO, by the 25th day of every month, on the basis of protocol, which contains the number
of events scouted and the salaries for each sport. All details concerning your salary conditions are described in
the “Remuneration regulation Statscore Scouts” document, which has been signed by you on the earlier stage
of recruitment process. You can also find these documents (like any other) on the Sportbase, by clicking on your
profile/fullname (top right corner, opening ‘Rules and regulations’ space).
As you already know, stake for the match depends on the coverage type. We distinguish two coverage types
and three levels of stakes:
1. Scoutsfeed from venue (1-2s)
The stake and responsibility are greatest. The data that you provide us directly from stadiums are mostly
delivered to betting companies. And you, being at the stadium are the front man who represent our company.
When you will cover events from venue, keep in mind that is a very serious matter because the number and
satisfaction of our clients depends mainly on the accuracy and quality of the data provided by the Scouts.
2. Scoutsfeed TV (3-6s)
The events set in Scoutsfeed TV product with latency 3-6s are addressed to betting companies as well.
Allocation specialist is responsible for assigning event to the Scouts who can provide us qualititive and really
fast data working at home, using their fast TV channels. We offer most of the events to clients in this product but
final setting of matches depend on client orders.
3. Scoutsfeed Stream (7-15s)
As you can see the latency is the highest in this case that’s why our data are provided to different type of clients,
not only betting companies but also to media, applications, portals. The way of covering events are excatly the
same but source might be different. To provide data in Scoutsfeed Stream product we try to use sport TV
channels but sometimes we also use streaming platforms. All depens on the latency, it must be acceptable and
not greather than 15 seconds. This is the main product that is set in the system as most of the coverages are
provided through this product.
Remember that the way of covering events is always the same, regardless of the settings of events and
products in which we offer these games. Always stay focused, taking care of correctness of key statistics
and markets (betstop/betstart).
In exceptional situations (listed below), Scout is allowed to receive a bonus:
+20% (gross) of the stake for each started 30 minutes above the average working time (find average time/sport
in the table below). This bonus only applies to TV/stream matches (without venues). The working time is
counted from 30 min left relation status (from 30 minutes before the start of the match).

In order to get the bonus, Scout is obliged to inform the department of settlements by sending an e-mail to paym

soon as they resume. Only then Scout will receive full pay for the coverage, including bonuses (after sending
the appropriate e-mail). If the break in the match is prolonged and Scout can not continue the coverage, he
should report it to Statscore Team (Telegram)
