Sir/Madam,

Due to non payment of bill of your above mentioned telephone number, BSNL has temporarily
disconnected the services of this number and as such you are facing difficulty in taking services.
Being a responsible citizen, paying outstanding dues is your moral and legal duty. You can pay the
bill at nearest BSNL service centres by 28-08-2023. By paying the bill, the services of your
telephone will be automatically restored. If you do not pay the bill by due date, the telephone
services will be disconnected permanently by 29-08-2023. If, after disconnection, you want to
restore the services of the telephone, you have to go through the whole process of booking new
telephone service. By this, not only you will face difficulty but you have to pay the applicable security
deposit, Installation charges etc. Therefore, paying the outstanding dues is better and smarter
alternative to restore the services of your telephone. If you do not want to continue the services of
this telephone, kindly pay the outstanding amount of Rs 588/- and deposit the telephone instrument
with your area SDO office, otherwise extra charges will be levied for non recovery of instrument.

If BSNL service centre is far away from your area, then you can pay the bill through other modes
also, such as through cheque or draft in favour of AO CASH BSNL CHENNAI TELEPHONES or
through debit, credit or net banking on web site https://portal2.bsnl.in/myportal/cfa.do .You can also
pay the bill through Android App MY BSNL from your smart phone. If you have any complaint
regarding billing or other matter, kindly contact this office. If you have paid the outstanding, kindly
inform this office and ignore this letter.
