Car Care Plan

I. Background of the study

a. The CCP, also known as the Car Care Plan, was created in 1976. Since that time, CCP has
developed into a globally successful and leading provider of automobile warranty. With
more than a million customers each year, they are the primary provider of warranties
and insurance. They also have several branches around the globe, and its sister
company, the Motor Insurance Company Limited, or MICL, also maintains its position as
an internationally competitive business while exhibiting high standards. They provide a
variety of products to their licensed dealers, including the most streamlined,
dependable, and trouble-free governance services in the automobile sector—their
online registration and claims system. They also provide instruction on how to maintain
strict standards and tackle situations directly in handling insurance claims.

II. Statement of the problem

a. Car Care Plan must include a three-stage process to address disputes.

Step 1: Prepare for resolution

The team leader is responsible for maintaining open lines of communication throughout the
conflict-resolution process. Leaders must recognize and address the conflict "Smart
Innovation" with a focus on how it affects team dynamics and productivity.

Step 2: Understand the situation


Each stance must be supported by a list of facts, presumptions, and beliefs provided by the
team leaders, which smaller teams must then study and dissect.

Step 3: Reach an agreement

It is the responsibility of the team leaders to ensure that the team is committed to using the
results of the suggested analysis and evaluation.

b. The cause and effect method is the suitable instrument since it is employed to identify
and narrow down the causes of problems.

•It vividly illustrates how the causes and effects are related to one another.

III. Area of consideration

a. The organizational issue of the corporation can be influenced both internally and
outside by a variety of circumstances, either positively or negatively. With the possible
resource advantages provided by Smart Innovation, CCP might create a more promising
future as a globally competitive and undisputed leader in the car warranty industry. This
would make it easier to develop a quick strategy for whatever it is that has to be
recovered from. Strong connections between employers and employees would be
advantageous with the assist of top management since they would allow both parties
the chance to voice their ideas in an intelligent manner, which would result in the
peaceful and straightforward implementation of smart innovation.

IV. Alternative Courses of Action

Alternative 1: The administration of Car Care Plan needs to be skilled at control over the
situation.

The management must understand how to deal with team disagreements when making
decisions for the betterment of the firm, particularly regarding the many departments
within the company. They must first get ready for a resolution. They must discuss the
disagreements with their team while concentrating on the effects on both the team's
performance and the firm as a whole.

Alternative 2: The management of Car Care Plan must create a Pareto Chart.

Pareto Chart could be a solution towards their problem because about focused on the
twenty percent of the components in order to reduce the eighty percent of the
organizational problem. With this, they may quickly identify the factors that may have led to
the discrepancies in the claimants' provided documents.

V. Recommendations

a. The ISO 9000, or International Standard for Quality Management Systems, is one of the
best recommendations that CCP should accept since it is all about the family of
standards and guidelines, so it must be given an attention right away because it could
affect them as the top provider of vehicle warranties in the world. This would establish
standards for their quality control and management's participation. This ISO 9000 will
assist boost customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer expectations, help achieve
ongoing improvement of organizational performance and competitiveness, continually
improve organizational processes and this would help comply with regulatory
requirements.

VI. Management lesson learned

a. The management must recognize and accept that implementing such initiatives is also
implementing for the same answer as if a problem were to arise, even when there isn't
one. The management needs to understand that a plan, consistency, and integrity are
required for project implementation. There is no such thing as an easy technique to
create or have a project for the improvement of the business. It is fine, but it is much
better if a strategy is created by well-equipped teams that are flexible, open-minded,
and ready to adjust to change.
