The respondent is Mr. K. Karthikeyan age 27,Son of kamaraj,2/888a Gandhiji 3rd street,SR nagar,
Andipalam,Tirupur south,mangalam rd, TC Market, Tirupur- 641604 The address for serving and
process of this Hon’ble Court on the Respondent is as mentioned above.

The petitioner humbly submits as follows:

1.That the petitioner and the respondent got married on 27/04/2022 at Respondent’s home
2/888a Gandhiji 3rd street, SR nagar ,Andipalam,Tirupur south, mangalam rd, TC Market, Tirupur-
641604 as per the Hindu culture and customs with the blessings of the parents, elders and relatives
from both the sides
2. The petitioner and respondent registered the marriage in HMR/TIRUPUR JOINT 1 under TN Hindu
Marriage registration rule, 1967 On 11/ June/2020 ccc

3. That, details laid out in the accompanying petition, with regard to my age, status and place of
residence of the petition at the time of filing this petition, may be treated as part of this petition.

4. That, no child was born out of the wedlock between the respondent and me.

5. That, the respondent, without any cause or justification, left the petitioner at her parental home
on day after marriage registration and has not called her to the matrimonial home ever since
although the petitioner has made all efforts to stay with him but no response from respondent
6. That, the respondent has completely withdrawn from the company of the petitioner since the
aforementioned date.

7. For work purpose petitioner shifted to Chennai on

8. Its been more than 2 year, no response from the respondent so petitioner planning to move on in
her life.

9. Petitioner is not expecting any monetary benefits from respondent

10. That, there is no other legal ground why the relief should not be granted.

11. That, there have not been any other previous proceedings between the parties.
