Description – At present handling end to end HR Activities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection:
Working on the recruitment requirements forwarded by the department head and working towards
closing the IT positions within the timeframe.
Overall responsibility of handling End-to-End Recruitment.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional
platforms paid and unpaid both) Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobHai, IIMJobs, Shine.com and Deet
etc.
Advertise job openings on companies careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Handling salary negotiating with the candidates
Conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)
2. Orientation & Induction
a) Managing On- Boarding Induction Programs; supervising the joining formalities and ensuring that
employees settle into their new roles, to make them familiar with company culture and activities.
b) Providing workstation and other necessary things required by the employee as per the checklist.
c) Taking feedback from new joiners on the current induction process and implement necessary
changes.
3. Development of HR Policies & Procedures
Formulating and implementing of existing and new policies in Attendance (Leave), Query
Management, Training of New Joined Employees, Incentives, Rewards, Stipend Amount, Hiring and
Firing.
Prepared Employee manual for the organization with accordance to the company policies and values
as per the top management.
4. Background Verification: Verifying and checking background of new joining through phone calls, mail and
making the record of the same.
5. Payroll & Attendance Management: Attendance, Payroll & leaves records maintenance.
6. Administration: Searching for vendors, ordering office equipment’s, hardware and stationary and office stock.
Ensuring repairing of the same as and when required and Maintaining records and MIS.
7. Maintaining HRMS: Assisting in implementing of HRMS software at the organisation and maintain it.
Attendance records maintenance.
8. New Hire Assimilation: Making HR Documents as offer letter, appointment exit documents, ensuring on
boarding & resource allocation to new joiners and taking orientation and maintaining records of the same.
9. Grievances Handling & Conflict Resolution: Listening, understanding and giving non biased solutions to any
conflict on grievances from the staff and regards to their deductions, settlement, attendance queries and any
payroll related issues.
10. Employee Relation: Maintaining healthy relations with employee and making a bridge of communication
between management and employee.
11. Employee Engagement: Organising workshops, Events, R&R program and training for better productivity of
staff.
12. Knowledge on labor laws and compliances.
