you on this journey by developing your knowledge of how to identify;

quality of specialty coffee to serve to his customers
In this course Kawa Safari coffees and barista academy is dedicated
towards exploring you to this great experience by training you in

Here we basically focus on moulding your steaming and pouring skills. This course is
free.
This is designed for the experienced barista who wants to take their
milk skills to the next level.
Youarenowatastagewhereyouareproducingaservicewithconsistent espresso
with great micro foam and want to take your micro foam skills to the
next level. On this course the focus is all about the milk and adding
the wow factor to your customer service without compromising quality
of service or product.
We also maintain some focus on the quality and speed of service,
therefore producing latte art does not affect your service to the
customer. We look into the different patterns of latte art and letting
you create with ease plus how to produce the same quality of work but
using alternative milks.

fundamentals course is the perfect starting point to learn the
foundations of coffee roasting.
Covering the essential of coffee roasting, this course will outline
the entire process, from coffee grading and green coffee structure to
equipment operation and maintenance, roast profiling and basic
blending techniques to get you started, giving you a sound
understanding of coffee science. Read on for more information about
the course.
The Coffee Roasting Fundamentals course involves theory and practical
roasting as well as some cupping.
Attheendofthiscoursetheparticipantwillhaveasoundunderstanding of green
coffee as an ingredient as well as coffee
science in relation to chemical reactions and thermodynamics in
