This letter serves as official permission and authorization for Medial mission team, in
collaboration with local healthcare professionals and volunteers, to conduct a "FREE
MEDICAL MISSION" in Barangay San Roque, Antipolo City. The event will be held at
the Golden Hills Basketball Court on August 10, 2023.

We, the undersigned, representing the Barangay Council and led by Brgy, Capt.
Leandro Anding Cabasbasb, wholeheartedly support and encourage this initiative to
bring essential healthcare services to the residents of our community.

We understand the significance of promoting well-being and fostering community


health. As such, we are committed to ensuring that all necessary precautions and safety
measures will be in place during the event to safeguard the health and welfare of both
attendees and volunteers.

and we fully support your efforts.

staff and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth and orderly execution of the "FREE
MEDICAL MISSION." If any assistance or cooperation is required from the Barangay
