N.B:-
1. Urgent House Motions pertaining to the provisions of all categories shall be
made before the Hon’ble the Chief Justice through Registrar (Judicial).
2. The mentionings and lunch motions shall be made before the respective
Benches, which are hearing the subject matters in terms of the roster.
3. All matters, on change of roster, shall stand released and shall be posted
before the Bench/s as per the roster, except matters which are reserved for
judgment or under the caption ‘CAV’ or the matters which are part-heard.
4. First Appeals (other than Land Acquisition Appeals) exceeding valuation of
Rs.25 lakhs including CMAs shall be posted before Division Bench as
per the roster.

5. The contempt cases filed alleging non-compliance of the interim orders
of the Hon’ble Judge/s, who demitted the office or not sitting in the
Bench,the same shall be posted before the Hon’ble Division/Single Bench,
as per the roster.
6. Review Petitions and for being mentioned petitions shall be posted
beforethe Hon’ble Judge against whose order the review petition/for being
mentioned petition is filed, and if the said Hon’ble Judge ceases to be a
Judge of this High Court, the same may be posted before the Hon’ble Judge
who is assigned to hear that category of case as per the Roster. All other
interlocutory applications including for Modification/relaxation of
order/conditions shall be posted, as per the roster.
7. The recused matter may be assigned to any Hon’ble Bench/Hon’ble
Judge by the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, on change of the rosterand, if it is
not part- heard, it shall be posted before the Judge assigned to hear that
category of matters,if such Judge is different from the one who recused the
matter.
8. Notwithstanding anything contained in this roster, the Hon’ble the Chief
Justice may assign any matter to any bench.
9. The e-filing will be available from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm only on all working
days.
10. The Advocates should not share the Meeting Id and Passcodes to the
Parties and others. The Advocates and parties-in-person shall only login to
appear in their cases, they shall observe the display boards and shall
login just prior to 10 cases ahead of taking of their case, they should
keep their mic off until their turn to submit hearing starts in the case,
further they shall exit immediately after completion of their case as to
avoid congestionand disturbance in the video conference, if the congestion
or disturbance hampered the video conference proceedings, they may be
dropped and their cases may be adjourned. The unauthorized login in
Video Conference by the advocates and Parties-in-persons, parties or
others will be dealt withas per Law. Photography, recording of audio or
Video of Video Conferenceis prohibited.
The above violations and unauthorized logins shall be considered
seriouslyand the violators shall be dealt with as per law.
11. (i) All Advocates and Party-in-person are requested to join the Blue
Jeans application for joining the court hearings through video
conference (VC) via a Desktop/Laptop with a stable internet
connectivity, preferably wired, to avoid any disruption in the court
proceedings and inconvenience to the Hon’ble Judges.

12. ii) Please avoid joining the VC hearings through Mobile Phone.
iii) Please also join through single device i.e.,
Laptop/Desktop preferable wired.
iv) All Advocates, party-in-person must also join the VC
hearings,preferably using a headset enabled microphone and audio
system.
v) Please also close all background applications running on
yourdevicesfor best VC experience.
13. The Advocates and parties-in-person shall ensure payment of Court fee
and process fee as per Law, while filing the cases in e-filing, in favour of
Registrar (Judicial), Account No.38161049134, IFSC Code: SBIN0061328,
State Bank of India, Nelapadu branch.
14. The Advocates and parties-in-person shall ensure payment of advocate
welfare fee, as per Law in favour of “High Court Advocates - online Stamp
A/c” Account No. 39414287826, IFSC Code: SBIN0061328, State Bank of
India, Nelapadu branch.
15. Civil Revision Petitions registered/numbered on or after 11.04.2023 and
Second Appeals registered/numbered on or after 12.06.2023 will be placed
before the respective Administrative Judge and those matters shall remain
before the Administrative Judge for a period of six months from its first
date of hearing. If such matters are not admitted/disposed of within the
period of six months, then the cases shall automatically stand
transferredto regular Court assigned to hear Civil Revision Petitions.
16. Cases of more than 20 (Twenty) years old shall also be listed on every day
for final disposal, before the appropriate bench having roster in the Regular
list.
17. Cases of more than 5(five) years old shall also be listed for final disposal, on
every Thursday and Friday under the caption “Specially Identified Cases”
after completion of the cases in the Regular list.
