CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION Work Immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation.
A Senior
High School Students has to undergo Work Immersion is an industry that directly relates to the student's
postsecondary goal. Through work immersion, the students are exposed to and become familiar with
work- related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence.
Specially, the students are able to gain relevant and practical industrial skill sunder the guidance of
industry experts and workers, appreciate the importance and application of the principles and theories
taught in school, enhance their technical knowledge and skills, enrich their skills in communications and
human relation, and develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect for work. These
prepare them to meet the needs and challenges of employment or higher education for graduation.
CONCLUSIONS Work immersion is an integral part of our Senior High School journey to test if we learn
something from class discussion and theory. We, as a students are required to have a practicum in some
businesses in order to prepare and exposed ourselves to a real workplace and to be fully equipped with
the practical knowledge that we are getting from work immersion. It will also helps us to think what kind
of career we may like to enter. Others perspective is for us to prepare for a quick employment and find
good prospects.
INSIGHTS GAINED FROM THE WORK IMMERSION In this Work Immersion, joining actual field of work,
there so many activities that I have learned and gained even this is a little it is help me to step forward
through my dream who I am in the future. PROBLEM MET AND THEIR SOLUTIONS In my first my work
immersion, I have problem that I encountered and that is my lack of self-confidence and being seared. I
was ashamed to socialized with the different people who are asking me. But later, I overcome that
problem. Because I said to myself, those are all part of my work immersion and that's the way for me to
leam.
DEDICATION I highly dedicated this piece of work to my parents, thank you for all the support that
you've given especially with my studies. To the people who believed that I could do it, to my friends who
support me morally. With the help of this narrative, it will prove that myself are in the middle of the
