Basic Structure

This document outlines the basic workflow for a construction project, including bill of quantities, price quotes, placing purchase orders, and importing materials. It begins with developing a bill of quantities which lists all required products, materials, and specifications. This information is used to create price quotes which include estimated costs factoring in exchange rates, labor, transportation, taxes, and margins. Purchase orders are then placed by requesting prices and ordering materials from suppliers. Finally, materials are imported which involves order confirmations, pickup/delivery dates, and payment details from suppliers. Maintaining and updating the bill of quantities is important as the project progresses through different phases.
