Good morning, ladies and Gentlemen, it is a pleasure for us to be the emcee for this seminar.

I’m Marc Emil Casilao and I’m Luis Nico Dlagin and on behalf of the PSME and PSME IMBARKAW chapter.
we would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of you. we appreciate you taking time out of your
busy schedules just to join us today. So, we hope you will learn a lot today, as we lined-up this seminar
for everyone to be fruitful and engaging.

1st Speaker
To start with our first speaker he is….

From Burgos, Pangasinan. He Graduate as BSME at Pangasinan State University and become a
Registered Mechanical Engineer last March 2022, An alumni officer of Coalition of Mechanical Engineers
for Tomorrow. And recently working at SMC Yamamura Fuso Molds Corporation as Shift Engineer at
technical Service Department - Quality Assurance Section.

Some of his notable achievements are the following:

*DOST Scholar

*(8th placer) as National Quizzer at National Student Conference (2019)

*BrainMesh Inter University participant at UP-Diliman 2019

*And 2nd Placer Quiz Bee at PSME Provincial Student Conference – Pangasinan Unit.

And his motto in life:

“Knowledge is to be shared, not to be kept.”

Intro for Technical Speaker 2
I am sure that all of us are now curious about our second technical speaker, he has helped a lot of
Mechanical Engineers on passing their board exams while still being a high performing engineer here at
SMY. With his achievements and experiences, he will surely make us follow, like and subscribe to him.
Here are some of the milestones of our speaker for today.

- A Graduate of Power Plant Engineering Technology on 2015 at TUP Cavite with 5 th Honourable
Academic award

-A Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Ladderized on 2019) at TUP Manila

-A Mechanical Engineering Board Passer of that same year.

-A Former PSD MRM shift engineer from October 2019-August 2022

-And reassigned to Furnace Operations Shift Engineer from August 2022 to present

Just a typical engineer? Wait till the end.

-A Youtube, Facebook and Tiktok Engineering Content Creator (2020 to present)

-A Former Guest Speaker of University of San Carlos, Cebu *Calculator Techniques 2021 held online, for
EE and ECE students

-A Former Guest Speaker of Review Sessions 2022 for Heat and Mass Transfer held at University of
Santo Tomas, via zoom

-A Freelance Review Instructor for Engineering Math & Science subjects, held via google meet from 2021
up to present
