POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, ______________________ S/O

______________________, Muslim, Adult, Holding CNIC No.

______________________ R/O Karachi do hereby constitute, appoint and

nominate Mr. ______________________ S/O _________________________ ,

Muslim, Adult, Holding CNIC No. _______________________R/O Karachi to be

my true and lawful attorney to do the following acts, things, deeds and matters

in M/s______________________, Having office at Room

No______________________________________________________, Karachi, in

which I am Managing Partner hereinafter be referred to as the SAID FIRM.

The attorney is empowered as under :


1) To prosecute or defend any constitutional petitions, Suit, complaint,

application, appeal, revision, ejectment application, petition or any proceeding

whatever before any court from lowest to highest court or authority as may be

necessary or expedient relating to the said firm and for that purpose to

appoint / remove lawyer, advocate, pleader, agent or any other legal

practitioner on my behalf to sign, verify and file plaints, applications,

memorandum of appeal, revision , Petitions, vakalatnama and swear

affidavits as may be necessary therefore and to compromise, compound,

withdraw or refer to arbitration such legal proceedings in or before any court

or authority and for that purpose the said attorney may accept service of any

summon, notice, writ etc. issued against me or our said firm by any court or

authority.

2) To sign, verify, execute, submit or withdraw all necessary plaints, written

statements, affidavits, Affidavits in Evidence, objections, claims, revisions,

appeals, petitions and all sorts of applications etc.

3) To appoint any substitute agent, sub-attorney or special attorney.

4) To sing, swear and present affidavits of all types including affidavit in

evidence and affidavit in exparte proof.

5) To give evidence and to be cross examined and produce witnesses on my

behalf in any judicial / quasi judicial proceedings.

6) To compromise any matter with anybody on any terms he thinks fit in respect

of the said firm and in case compromise is to be filed before the legal quasi

judicial authority then present the same and admit execution thereof.

7) This power of attorney is irrevocable.


8) That in case any power is required which has not specifically conferred in this

power of attorney even then my said attorney shall be deemed to possess such

power and I ratify and agree to ratify all such acts, things, deeds and matters

done by my said attorney by virtue of this power of attorney.

AND GENERALLY act as my attorney or agent in relation to the

matters aforesaid and all other matters incidental thereto and do all acts and

things as fully and effectually in all respects as myself could do if personally

present and I hereby undertake to ratify and conform all and whatsoever that

my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me in connection

with the said firm by virtue of the powers hereby given.
