MANDATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE
As mandated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, all Applicants traveling to
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health
Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Visa Application
Centre.
The cost of the insurance is generated upon receiving the application and has to be paid
at the time of the appointment.

1. If granted the visa I shall abide by all the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia and respect the Islamic customs and traditions of its people

1. Original Passport (Validity not less than 6 months | At least 2 consecutive blank pages | The passport should not have
any restrictions/ conditions that prevents him/ her from travelling)
2. Photograph (2inch x 2inch (51 mm x 51 mm) | Not older than 3 months | White background with frontal view)
3. Visa Platform IT Application Form Signed by the Applicant
4. Pre-Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saudi
5. Medical Report authorized by GAMCA

the local currency rates against the USD on a weekly basis,the Applicants are requested to check the website at least a

COVID ADVISORY
Tasheer Visa Application Centre partially reopens in Indonesia.
Effective October 1st 2020, VSC Cipinang_JKT Tasheer Visa Application Centre in Jakarta will resume partial operations
accepting customers who have obtained pre-approval/ invitation letter to visit and/or return to the Kingdom before
January 2021.
The center will be open on Monday - Friday from 09:00 till 17:00 hrs.
Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa Application Centres may be
subjected to body temperature checks and are required to wear face mask. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms,
including fever (higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be denied entry to the Visa
Application Centre.

Pusat Aplikasi Visa Tasheer dibuka kembali secara bertahap di Indonesia
Efektif tanggal 1 Oktober 2020, VSC Cipinang_JKT Pusat Aplikasi Visa yang berlokasi di Jakarta akan kembali beroperasi
secara bertahap menerima pelanggan yang telah memperoleh pra-persetujuan/surat undangan untuk mengunjungi
dan/atau kembali ke Kerajaan Arab Saudi sebelum Januari 2021.
Pusat Aplikasi Visa akan dibuka pada hari Senin - Jumat dari pukul 09:00 sampai dengan 17:00 WIB.
Keselamatan anda adalah prioritas kami. Sebagai bagian dari tindakan pencegahan, pelanggan yang mengunjungi Pusat
Aplikasi Visa kami akan menjalani pemeriksaan suhu tubuh, dan diwajibkan menggunakan masker wajah. Pelanggan
yang menunjukan gejala COVID-19 termasuk demam (lebih tinggi dari 37,5 derajat Celsius), batuk, dan kesulitan
bernapas akan ditolak masuk kedalam Pusat Aplikasi Visa.
