I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing for myself, Daljit Singh (Passport Number
V1378512) to express my genuine intent to visit Canada and respectfully request the
issuance of a visitor visa to facilitate my travel plans. The purpose of my visit to Canada
is to attend marriage function and Diwali Celebration with my sister.
Purpose of Visit
The purpose of my visit to Canada is to attend marriage function of my sister.
I am excited to immerse in this joyous occasion, and share this important moment with
my sister.
I am being invited by my sister Harwinder Kaur, who is a Canadian Permanent
Resident, having PR Card number 11-0574-3314, and she is residing at 31095 Deer trail
Drive, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5J5, Canada.
Travel Itinerary:
 01 November 2023: Arrival
 03 - 10 November 2023: visiting Cultus Lake, Castle Fun Park and performing
religious ceremonies and customs for Pre-wedding festivities.
 11 November 2023: attending marriage function at Akali Singh Sikh Society, 1890
Skeena St, Vancouver, BC V5M 4L3, Canada.
 12 November 2023: attending reception party at The Royal King Palace and
Convention Centre, 8158 128 St, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1, Canada.
 12 – 13 November 2023: Celebrating Diwali Festival with my newly Wedded sister
and brother-in-law.
 15 November 2023: Departure.

 Accommodation: I have decided to stay with my sister at 31095 Deer trail Drive,
Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5J5, Canada during the entire visit. She has invited me and
takes responsibilities for my food, accommodation while I am in Canada.
My Professional Career:
 I completed my Bachelor of Arts (Policing) in 2016 and I got selected for the
post of Sub-Inspector in 2018 Vide Memo No. 16066/E3(3) Dated 30/12/18
and Order No. 80931-68 Dated 30/12/18 with my belt number 22/JRT..

 My responsibilities at the job maintaining law and order, conducting


investigations, registering and documenting FIRs, crime prevention, public
safety assisting higher-ranking officers in various police activities.

Financing my Travel:
I am personally financing my trip to Canada. As I am earning salary of Rupees
14,50,896 from my above said profession.
Also, I have sufficient funds in my bank accounts to cover all travel-related expenses,
including airfare, travel insurance, accommodation, transportation, meals and leisure
activities. I have attached my bank statements, employment verification and salary
statements as proof of financial capability.
Apart from this, my sister also has enough arrangements for me while I am in Canada.
Intention to Return to my Country:
I assure you that I am fully intended to return to my home country upon the conclusion of
my visit. My ties to India are strong, including my family, job responsibilities, and
property ownership. I am committed to upholding these obligations, and my plan is to
depart Canada on 15 November 2023.
List of Documents:
I am enclosing the following documents with my temporary visa application:
 Valid passport and identity documents
 Bank statements, Valuation reports demonstrating my financial capacity.
 Invitation Letter from my uncle.
 Proofs of economic ties in India which includes my job ties.
I understand the importance of adhering to the rules and regulations of Canada during my
visit, and I am committed to abiding by them and sincerely request your kind
consideration of my application for a visitor visa, as it would be a great privilege to
experience the beauty and hospitality of Canada as well as being an important part in
family’s joyous occasion. I would like to mention that my application for Canda visa was
refused recently.
