During this week I was totally done in the office. The tasks that I have done in this week
are preparing take off sheet, material break down sheet, payment certificate and also I
read the previous payment certificate.

ABSTRACT FOR WEEK 2
To the next week of this month I was done take off sheet, material break down sheet
payment certeficate continued from the previous floor. In addition to that I understand
general condition of contract finally I understand duties and responsibilities of office
engineer.

in the slab continued from the
previous day.

MONTHLY REPORT
The last month of my internship program I got the opportunity to observe and
participate in the office work. Therefore I understand deeply how the office work can be
executed. In addition to this I participate and understand in the task of takeoff sheet,
BOQ, material cost break down and payment certificate.
Furthermore I understand general condition of the specification, in the site almost no
different to the one I experienced the month before, but I was observe rebar
arrangement for 8th floor slab, beam and stair case in addition to this check the
number of bar provided in the slab, and beam. Finally concrete fill for 8th floor
slab, beam and stair can be executed monolithically.
