EXPLORATION PLAN FOR ACTION
Assumptions:
• Geological conditions for the extension area is almost the same
• No cut-off is being used
EXPLORATION PLAN:
• Remote sensing mapping and study
• Geological mapping to delineate the area.
• Wildcat drilling 1-5 drilling
• Minimum of ~60 Drillholes estimated required with average of 200m
depth (Total Depth of ~12000m).
• Extension Area to the West – SouthEast
• Additional extension area of: ~1200 Ha to get the targeted additional coal
inventory.
COAL INVENTORY
• COAL INVENTORY ESTIMATE ASSUMPTIONS:
• Estimated FKIE area of 1200 Ha have the potential coal
• Average coal thickness assumed 10m
• COAL INVENTORY at the Extension Area is 156 Million MT of coal
FACTS
• FKIE has JORC 50 mio ton reserve at 800 ha area,
equiv. 300 MW for 30 years @3000 GAR
• FKIE total concession 9,822 ha, JORC 800 ha,
potentional additional resource 200 mio ton at
3,500 ha area
BUSINESS STRATEGY
• 1st Scenario, FKIE require a strategic partner to develop the
mining, or
• 2nd Scenario, FKIE require the coal off-taker prior to begin the
mining activities
