As part of the Margdarshan initiative by AICTE, a two days NBA WORKSHOP on CO/PO
Mapping & Gap Analysis was conducted by R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru in
their mentee institution Sri Sairam College of Engineering, Bengaluru.

The workshop was inaugurated on 30.06.2022. Dr T N. Prabakar welcomed the


gathering. Dr B Shadaksharappa, Principal, SSCE, in his address explained the
importance of NBA accreditation and thanked the initiatives by AICTE & Margdarshan
Institute for their encouragement and support. Management Representative Dr R Arun
Kumar has explained the support rendered by the management in achieving NBA
accreditation. Two experts from R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru Dr Swarna Patra
& Dr Sowmya B K have been deputed to be the resource persons for the two days
hands on workshop.

44 Faculties from CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical & Science & Humanities department
attended the two days workshop.
The following topics are covered during the two days session.

AN  Hands on for the faculties
 From the syllabus, faculties are asked to make COs and
map them with POs.

Industry 4.0, SDG & 21st Century Skills
 Mapping specific courses as above has been carried
out by the faculties

All the sessions were very useful and Informative. Many faculties interacted with the
experts and got their doubts clarified.

Valediction was conducted at 3.30 PM on 01.07.2022 in which Dr B Shadaksharappa


thanked the experts for their efforts towards training the staff in CO/PO mapping. A
few faculties gave their feedback which appreciated the experts’ efforts. Dr T N
Prabakar, NBA Co-ordinator proposed vote of thanks.
