TO: The Right Worshipful Deputy Grand Master, Past Grand Masters, Present
and Past Grand Wardens, Present and Past Grand Lodge officers, Present and
Past Worshipful Masters, and Brethren of the Craft working under the Most
Worshipful John G. Jones Grand Lodge of California A. F. & A. M., Inc.
Know ye: That I Honorable Tony L. Hawkins 330, Most Worshipful Grand Master of
The Most Worshipful John G. Jones Grand Lodge, A.F. & A.M. by virtue of the Powers
and Authority vested in me as such, action in accordance with the Power of The
Office of The Grand Master/Excellent Grand Patron and according to the
Constitution & By-Laws of the said Grand Lodge and the Ancient Landmarks of
Free Masonry, I do herby call the craft from refreshment to labor in our Annual
Grand Session Communication in the city of Los Angeles, State of California,
June 3 -6 2010. For all Lodges under this jurisdiction and all Chapters working
under the Garden of Eden Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Stars, for the
transaction of such business as may come before it under the usual Masonic
restriction.

Parking : $12.00 Per Day Valet
Dress Code:
All Present and past Grand Lodge Officers must be in Grand Lodge Regalia All
Master Masons are requested to dress in black suits, black shoes, black bow tie,
white dress shirts ,white gloves and apron.
Registration:
Registration Fee: $75.00 which will include a kit consisting of :delegates badge,
souvenir journaling and banquet ticket and other items of interest Note: All
member male /female are required to register with The M.W. John G. Jones
Registration Committee. Registration will begin on Thursday, June 3rd. No
member will be admitted into any of the meeting without an official delegate
badge. All guest ticket to the Annual Scholarship Award, Dinner and dance
are 45.00
Grand Lodge Officers and lodge Representation
Any Grand Lodge Officer Elected or Appointed absents without a legal excuse will
be find the sum of $ 20.00. All Lodges must be represented by the officers of the
lodge Worshipful Master, Senior Warden ,Junior Warden or three appointed
Master Mason. Any lodge failing to send (3) three delegate not including elected
officer of the Grand Lodge will be assessed the sum of $50.00, which must be
paid before any other dues or assessment are accepted.
Annual Taxes:
Each Lodge must collect annual Grand Lodge taxes ,from each member said
lodge. Your $18.00 per-member must be sent to the officer of the Grand
Secretary on or before May 26,2010. Please used your annual Grand Lodge form .
Late fee $20.00

9:00 am -10:00 a.m. ……Joint meeting Grand Lodge and Grand Chapter. All
delegates and member will assemble for the purpose of opening the Annual
Grand Session.
10:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Grand Lodge will open their meeting for business
10:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m. Grand Chapter will open their meeting for business
7:00-10:00 PM……… 20th Annual Grand Chapter Entertainment Night.
