1. Question: In the attached maps that were provided on SAMS for Bldgs. S1725 & FC444 it does
not show or list where these buildings are located. Can you specify the exact location of each
building?

Answer: Please contact POC Tammie Shermeyer for Building S1725 at 910-451-0377 and POC
J. Scozzaric for Building FC444 at 910-451-7190.

2. Question: In the SOW provided it gives a POC for FC440 & FC444. Can you please confirm the
only buildings that are to receive repairs are FC444 & S1725?

Answer: That is correct, buildings FC444 and S1725 are the only buildings to receive repairs.

3. Question: Spec Section 01 32 16 paragraph 1.4 references Network Analysis System. This is a
costly expense. Is a Bar Chart schedule acceptable?

Answer: Yes.

4. Question: Can you please confirm GIS is required?

Answer: No, GIS is not required.

5. Question: S1725 is the baseball field. Please advise on whether the ball field will be closed while
the necessary repairs are to be made. If not, please advise on whether this work will be performed
after hours, weekends etc.

Answer: The baseball field is closed due to construction on the Field House.

6. Question: FC444- Please advise on whether the concrete floors and concrete walls that the tanks
are sitting on are also to be painted?

Answer: No, just the tanks are to be painted.
