Our company manager is Mark Laurence he is the one who planning and
suggesting on what product we will going to sell. Ryan and Reynant are the who
cooking the product we will going to sell. Brandon are the one who delivering the
products on the customers and taking care to the customers.
And I am the one who collecting and managing the money. After we plan
and discuss the products we will sell. We are immediately preparing the money
to be used and what will be spent on the ingredients. We think carefully about

Our product is Buko juice, Lumpia and Banana Cue composed of healthy
vegetables and fruits. The reason why we choose this because this is the
students choice in our questions survey and were gladly happy because
everything they suggest to us is worth it because within a 5 minutes it sold out

“Banana Cue”
INGREDIENTS:
Large bunch saba banana
½ kilo of brown sugar
Cooking oil
Bamboo sticks for serving
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the oil over medium low heat. Add the brown sugar and wait until
the sugar starts to caramelize.
2. Place the bananas in the oil and fry them with the brown sugar so until
they are covered with the sticky brown sugar and a deep golden color.
3. Drain the oil on a paper towels and serve on individual skewers
“Lumpiang Shanghai”
INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the oil over medium low heat.
2. Place the lumpia in the oil and fry them until it’s golden brown color.
3. Drain the oil on a paper towels and serve.
“Buko Juice”
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of moCoconut
2 pack of gulaman
1 Condensed Milk
1. Crack the coconut open and separate the coconut meat and it’s water.
2. Scape the coconut meat with a spoon from the shell and put it in a
container.
3. Add all the ingredients in the coconut meat and stir serve it in cup.
