Console command and variable reference

Note: Console commands and variables are not case sensitive. Variables are denoted by a V to the right of the entry.

Connect <ip>:<port> Connect to a server

ListCmds [<prefix>] List available commands. If a prefix is provided list only


commands beginning with that string.
ListVars [<prefix>] List available variables. If a prefix is provided list only variables
beginning with that string.

Server reference

Command / Variable Arguments Description

Clear Clear the display

Exec <configuration file name> Executes the commands listed in the specified configuration
file

ExecPath <path> Set the config execution path. Config files executed with 'Exec'
will have this path prepended.
[Link] Force the game to end and return to the lobby

Help [<command>] Display help information for a console command

IP <dotted ip address> specify which IP address to bind to

ListCmds [<prefix>] List available commands. If a prefix is provided list only


commands beginning with that string.
ListVars [<prefix>] List available variables. If a prefix is provided list only variables
beginning with that string.
[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable an automatic map vote when clients return
to the lobby.

Notes: The game mode and initial map is set with


"[Link]". After the initial map any map
rotation commands will be overridden by the results of map
votes.

[Link] Clear the password required to join the game

[Link] Set the password required to join the game

[Link] <time> Set the duration for the countdown timer in the multiplayer
lobby. Set to 0 to disable the automatic countdown.

[Link] <Map> <Type> [tl=<time>] Add a map to the end of the map rotation. E.g.
[sl=<score>]

Supported game types:
'sl' and 'tl' are both optional and specify a new scorelimit
DM (Deathmatch) and/or timelimit to be applied when the map changes.

NC (no-cross)
CL (control)
LMS (last man standing /

Quit Exit the dedicated server

[Link] <address> Set the IP address to bind for Rcon. Defaults to localhost

called before it will toggle listening on and off.

[Link] <player string> Kick a player from the server. You may provide any substring
of the player name to be kicked and it will attempt be
matched.

may provide any substring of the player name to be kicked
and it will attempt be matched.
[Link] <player index> Kick a player from the server and add them to the ban list. Use
[Link] to find the index of the player.

[Link] <player index> Kick a player from the server. Use [Link] to find
the index of the player.
[Link] <steam id> Kick a player from the server. The Steam ID of the player, this
may be decimal or hex, for hex use the prefix 0x (e.g.
0x1234…). Use [Link] to see a list of players and
their steam ID's.

NOTE: A player does not need to be playing on the server in


order to ban them in this way
[Link] List all active bans

[Link] List all players connected to the server. Each player listed will
print:

[Link] Display a list of all the timed text messages

[Link] <port number> Specify the port used for lobby data

[Link] <message> Set the message of the day to be printed when users join

[Link] <server name string> Specify the server name as broadcast to potential clients

[Link] Display the current network upload and download utilisation,


as well as the peak values recorded since the server was
started. Note: These figures are only for UDP game traffic sent
over the game port
[Link] <message> Broadcast a chat message to clients

[Link] <interval in minutes> Set the interval between timed text messages being displayed

[Link] <ban index> Remove a player from the ban list. Provide the index of the
ban in the ban list, use [Link] to show a list of bans
and their indices.
[Link] <port number> Specify the port used for steam master server updates

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable aim assistance


[Link] <0/1/2/3> Set the player ammo count

The following values are


allowed:

0 - 50% ammo
1 - 100% ammo
2 - 150% ammo
3 - 200% ammo

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable autobalancing of teams in team games

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable the use of player tagging in binoculars

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable the kill camera for long range kills

[Link] <0/1> Turn ballistics on or off

[Link] <0/1> Turn bullet trails on or off

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable damage indicators

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable the death camera

[Link] <score limit> Specify the default score limit. This is overriden by score limits
specified in the map rotation
[Link] <time limit> Specify the default time limit. This is overriden by score limits
specified in the map rotation
[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable the zoom effect when in empty lung is used

[Link] <0/1> Force players to respawn (on/off)

[Link] <0/1> Turn friendly fire on or off

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable grenades

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable headshot only mode

[Link] <latency> Specify the maximum latency from clients beyond which they
will be kicked from the server (NOTE: We recommend you are
as lenient as possible with this value)

[Link] <maximum players> Specify the maximum number of players allow on the server

[Link] <0/1> Turn one shot kills on or off

[Link] <0/1> Enable or disable panzerfausts
