Tension Breaks – Check list

 Peg centering,

 Bobbin falling on floor (Improper bobbin chute setting),

 Loop gate continuous activation,

 Double gaiting & Slough off bobbins,

 Swivel lid opening,

 Lower end scissor improper cutting,

 Miss-splicing (check yarn clamp function),

 Gripper arm chocking,

 Pre-clearer setting (Standard dial 1 – 0.5mm),

 Tension disc damage (Crack),

 Clearer cutting knife blockage,

 More clearer cuts,

 Eyelet wrong position or crack or without (tension & waxing device),

 Wax non-rotation & opening,

 Poor wax roll,

 Drum grooves damages (corrode formation & burr).

 Failure Tension coil or Tension sensor.
