Thesis Statement

Children have certain fundamental human rights regardless of age. As individuals below 18 years old, children are entitled to laws and rights protecting them from violence, abuse, or neglect. They have a right to education that allows them to reach their full potential, and to be raised by and have a relationship with their parents, who are responsible for their safety, shelter, and proper upbringing. Recognizing and upholding children's rights is important to empowering them and preventing harm.

Children’s Rights

Each living person has human rights including children. A child is a person below the age of 18, childrens are
entitled to certain laws and rights that are accepted and respected by almost every country in the world. It’s based on the
idea that children don’t belong to their parents, but are individuals who can make decisions and have rights.

All children have the rights to have protection from violence, abuse or neglect the right to have a safe environment.
Where child’s safety is being the top priority and ensuring that everyday the child will live and can live in peace.

An education that enables them to fulfil their potentials. Childrens have their own rights to attain certain educational
achievement, where parents or guardian are required to give and provide them proper and well education. Right to attend
educational institutions to enhance their self potentials and capabilities.

Be raised by, or have a relationship with their parents. Right to be well fed and have a proper shelter provided by
the parents. Be raised properly attaining every rights they are entitled with.

Childrens have their own rights to begin with, even they are still in their mother’s womb they already have it as a
human being. Childrens have their rights to protect their own well being. Different aspect of life to deal with. Knowing and
having the rights empowered children, so it is important for to every child living in the world to know what they are entitled
with to avoid harmful action towards them. Know, educate, apply, spread.
