React JS Engineer (Senior)
Role: We're hiring a ‘Senior React JS Developer’ with leadership experience. This role will
lead towards a Team Lead of our Front-end department in a very short span of time
depending on performance. You will provide React and Javascript engineering support
for our upcoming web/mobile product(s). This position will lend itself to a variety of
leadership roles on a short and long-term basis. As we grow, you'll be responsible for
training, building, mentoring and eventually leading out a world-class team.
Responsibilities:
● Development: Develop and maintain the core product.
● Planning: Define requirements, prototype and design new product features.
● Planning: Make detailed plans and timelines that work towards the
fulfillment of set product objectives.
● Management: Oversee the engineering organization on a day-to-day basis.
● Management: Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate technical employees.
● Management: Collaborate with other leaders to ensure successful
development, release, and launch of products.
Requirements:
● Experience: More than 3 years of strong experience in Front End Web
development with Javascript technologies.
● Technical: Front-end development skills in React, TypeScript, React/Redux.
● Technical: Rapid prototyping experience.
● Professional skills: Polished communication (written and verbal).
● Plus: Experience with smart contracts and Web3, and Metamask is a plus.
● Plus: Knowhow of NFTs and DeFi is a double plus.
● Plus: Experience with NextJS, React-Native or NodeJS is a double plus.
● Plus: Prior team-lead experience in an engineering organization.
Preferred Experience:
● Experience: 3+ years of development experience with ReactJS.
● Server Side building Rest API’s development experience in NodeJS.
● Working on Server-side rendering technologies like NextJs and Gatsby.
● Integrating GraphQL with Web apps.
