entire education society is tremendous. It is changing the way of the
education delivery system in the world by enhancing access to
information for all. It also ensures effective and inclusive education.

SCENARIO #1
The COVID-19 epidemic has pushed forward the spread of online
learning throughout all levels of education. In light of the risk of
being unable to resume face-to-face education, countries have
sought to extend their use of distance education and make it
mandatory. Because of the COVID-19 epidemic, teachers, as well
as parents, had to immediately adapt to online distance learning.
Teachers created online learning materials, while some families
taught their children through the lessons and activities offered by
teachers at home. Given that the use of digital technologies in
education has expanded rapidly during this crisis and is expected to
continue, it is evident how vital and helpful ICT is in the
continuance of education in the world.

SCENARIO #2
The biggest crisis to educational systems in history has been
brought on by the COVID-19 epidemic. Due to this global
catastrophe, 190 nations had to shut down school services, which
at least 1.6 billion students were affected by. Academic institutions
saw the urgent need to create alternate educational strategies,
such as blended learning, which combines virtual and in-person
training, as a way to minimize the impact of the school closures.
Educational institutions unexpectedly shifted to online learning to
ensure academic continuity. Due to the sudden switch of learning
modality, the situation led to many issues for students.

CONCLUSION
It is true that ICT in education helped enhance the learning environment by
providing a more engaging and imaginative learning environment, enhancing
academic performance and classroom dynamics. The digitalization contributed
a lot in the students learning specially with the COVID-19 situation. However,
it led to many issues for students regarding the results of learning. Issues that
affected the most important factors for the students which is the quality of
learning. In conclusion, the face to face modality of learning is still preferable
for students. ICT contributed a lot and can still help students now but it isn’t
that reliable and effective.
