Contouring OAR, creating evaluation and optimization structures, and adding support

for patients daily, knowing treatment techniques (SBRT, SRS, 3D, VMAT, IMRT)
aligning and verifying treatment site via image guidance (CBCT, KV, MV), reading
prescribed treatments, making Cerrobend blocks, communicating with oncologists,
and problem solving.
CT simulation-determining best patient position for patient treatment, making
immobilization devices (vac-loks, thermoplastic masks), tattooing, simulation
documentation, respiratory tracking (4D, DIBH), administering contrast, scheduling,
charging.
Patient documentation-Aria, time outs, new start paperwork, scheduling, overview of
prescription and plan parameters.
Operation of Varian linear accelerators- Trilogy, iX, TrueBeam
Operation of CT simulator- GE Lightspeed
Some familiarity with Gamma Knife and HDR procedures
