REFLECTION

Work immersion is a stage where the graduating students can show their skills and talents when it
comes to their chosen courses. And also, because of this work immersion, they can also apply what
they’ve had been learned during their classes hour. This immersion really a beneficial for the students to
enhance their skills and to enligthten their minds for the things that they are lack of. And this work
immersion is considered as the stepping stone for the students to practice and develop their self for
what they have chosen. During this stage,students may realize how their chosen courses it may be work
in the future so that they have learned an idea what their course will bring, if it’s really suits to them or
they found it a boring one. Working hours is really important because it is considered as you record in
order to accomplish the working day that have given to each students. As a graduating student, Work
immersion made me realized for all thing that i lack of and change me to become a better [Link]
our immersion,I’ve learned a lot of things that i can used in the near future. Work immersion is really a
beneficial for me because it is where I discover the t hing I can’t imagine to do. And on this stage I will
say that I was thankful because o encountered and experience this, because I have now the idea what
will bring my chosen course to me in the near future and I am looking forward for that.

INTRODUCTION

On training is a form of training taking place in a normalworking situation. It helps students to gain
knowledge by performing in the realworking environment. It is essential to get students to understand
how to perform their job correctly. colleges require their students to experience suchtraining in a
certain total number of hours. or the students, an onthe jobtraining gives opportunities to go through
and explore the particular job by themeans of equipment and credentials. "he real working environment
turns out to be a development site for the trainee to be trained more about their selected fieldand run
through what they have studied from the college. $n the other hand, an$'" program also profits
establishments who acknowledge trainees. Interns cansupport and assist normal employees to help
minimize their labour [Link] trainees are also a good way to help employees of the company to
extendtheir patience when it comes to training the interns on how to handle their [Link] management
also trains them how to share what they know and be open to questions. therefore the internship also
becomes a way in training for possiblesupervisors or executives of the company

Objectives of Work Immersion

The Purpose of work immersion is to discover, improve and develop thelearners Learning Competencies
and to guide the learners to pursue their chosen career. And todevelopa better nation. The work
immersion is under the K to 12 curriculums. It givesopportunities to the learners:

• To develop a better communication

•To adapt a new environment

•To improve, develop, and apply their competencies

•To prepare them for employment.

Work Immersions prepare for the real world by training them how to work in a company and eventually
excel in a specific career. The school needs to ensure that its students gain various competencies that
would have these future professionals ready for employment. It improves and builds new skills.
Immersions will have students gain new skill sets and improve their existing capabilities. It is also
through immersion that students get to discover themselves and jumpstart their professional growth.
