TRUST DEED
This Deed of Trust is executed at Chadoora within with premises of Court on this the ____
day of ____________ 2022 by Ghulam Mohammad Dar S/O Haji Abdul Gani Dar
R/O Panzan Tehsil Chadoora District Budgam, Kmr, herein after referred to as
("Author" party of the 1st Part) which expression shall also mean and include his heirs,
successors , administrators and assignees in interest) .
WHEREAS, the Author is owner in possession of Building consisting along with
bathrooms with a total space of 16x30 square feet situated at village Panzan Tehsil
Chadoora District Budgam , herein after referred to as "property".
WHEREAS, the Author of the trust desires to establish trust for the welfare of general
public particularly the downtrodden people as hereinafter expressed and contained.
WHEREAS, the Author has certain other funds in terms of money which he intends to use
for the establishment of the trust
WHEREAS, the Author has accordingly appointed the following persons being the
present "Trustees" to act as trustees for the said TRUST.

2. Mohammad Ashraf Baba S/O Haji Ghulam Mohammad Baba
3. Abdul Rashid Malik S/O Haji Abdul Salam Malik.
4. Abdul Gaffar Dar S/o Abdul Karim Dar
All residents of Panzan Tehsil Chadoora District Budgam . (herein after
jointly and collectively referred the "TRUSTEES" which expression shall
unless repugnant to the content, mean and include the said trustees, the
surviving trustees, trustees appointed for the purpose of the trust. The party of
the 2nd Part).
NOW THIS DEED WITNESS AS FOLLOWS
1. That the Author hereby constitute and create a trust under the name and style of
"SYED BABA HYDER MASJID SHARIEF PANZAN /TRUST" appointing
part II as Trustees of the said trust, to be the in charge of the said trust in all
respects to do all such acts and deeds in furtherance of the object of the trust.
2. Objects and activities of the Trust
The object and activities of the trust hereby established and constituted shall be as
follows:
1) Helping Poor Children by sponsoring them for higher education and providing
them School Uniform , books, feet etc.
2) Medical facility for poor/ rural people.
3) Helping orphans, widows from destitution and vagrancy.
4) Child and vulnerable adults protection.
5) Plantation.
6) Water and sanitation.
7) Healthcare and Nutrition.
8) Economic empowerment.
9) To render help and assistance to victims of natural calamities.
10) To serve humanity with dedication and enthusiasm by putting out beneficiaries
first.
11) Be committed to alleviating poverty regardless of religion , ethnicity, nationality,
gender or age.

12) To float technical/ non-technical causes in the filed of medicine, computer
application and the like.
13) Work in partnership with others.
14) To arrange orientation programmes, refresher courses, short and long term training
programmes for functionaries and beneficiaries of various Government and Semi
Government Departments.
15) To arrange conferences, workshops, refresher courses, orientation courses etc for
updating the knowledge of the students and other working in the filed for Human
Resources Development.
16) Embody the Universal principles of compassion, peace and justice.
17) Be adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of our beneficiaries.
18) The Trust shall be non-political body and shall not indulge in any political activity
nor shall lend any support for propagation of the views of any political party.
19) To obtain loan , if required for the furtherance of the objects of the institution.
20) To develop a healthy as well as critical attitude towards the development of
mental , physical, moral and social uplift of the society so as to make the law
abiding citizens without any creed , caste, religion or sex.
21) To establish, maintain a boarding house, residential facilities for poor and destitute
patients.
22) To provide training in medical and paramedical courses.
23) To establish awareness campaign about the deadly communicable disease like
AIDS, Hepatitis, oncology related diseases etc.
24) To establish awareness campaign about harmful effects of smoking, alcoholic and
drug addiction for prevention thereof.
25) To accept donations, grant presents and other offerings and to deal with the same
for the purpose of trust honestly.
26) Organizing seminars, camps, debates for the social economic and health related
awareness of the society.
27) To work towards promotion of Social values of love, kindliness, truth, tolerance,
honesty and non-violence among society and to undertake the publishing of
journals, books, magazines and other periodicals.
28) To give awareness about various social evils like AIDS, Dowry, Drug Addictions
and Exploitation, Sexual crimes, smoking, Health, Hygiene, water and sanitation
issues, education, poverty alleviation, mother and child health etc. The society will
stand against exploitation, oppression and social injustice against women and
children.
29) To help the people of the society to reduce employment by giving skill training
which shall enable them to self supporting to poor people . The society will raise
educational , social and economic status of women and children.
30) To promote and uplift helpless poor men / women , widows and extent social
welfare service to children, youth and widows / poor women and economically
weaker sections of the society and people dwelling in far flung area of state of
Jammu and Kashmir by means creating facilities in the art of staple embroidery
work, handicraft, cutting, tailoring, machine embroider, hand embroidery, Arri
work etc.
31) To give training and allied activities in relation to rural and urban development.
32) To institute programmes to help destitute namely special children ( orphan),
widows, disabled the vulnerable the disposed and indigent purely on humanitarian
grounds.
33) To motivate youths and beggars for setting of their own income generate units with
the sole object to decrease level of un-employment.
34) The Trust will organize / institute humanitarian programmes and projects to
render help to youth and widows ( victims of violence in Kashmir).
35) To organize activities like trainings in gainful pursuits and financial and other
assistance to help in the eventual socio- economic rehabilitation of the targeted
groups.
36) To promote and preserve the Kashmir Art, culture, language etc.

37) To undertake establishment and management of primary health centers, hospitals,
poly clinics , mobile vans, clinics, dispensary, child welfare centers, orphanages
and establishing health relating programmes.
38) To create awareness and to provide education to the people about the ill effects of
alcoholism and substance abuse on the individual , the family and the society at
large.
39) To organize skill training programmes for young girls who may be school drop outs
and to rehabilitate victims of rape and molestation through counseling and income
generation programmes.
40) The Trust will perform outstanding activities in making women and children
awareness of their rights and duties by organizing lectures seminars.
41) To undertake and organize campaigns for pure air and clean drinking water,
pollution , green Kashmir by means of Plantation and pollution caused to vehicle
plying on roads .
42) Our vision to organize promotion / publicity for better marketing of fruits, dry
fruits / vegetables through awareness camps, trade shows, exhibition , fairs expo
and through means of information technology.
43) To launch integrated development programmes for RBA, ST, OBC women and
people living close to actual line of control and to assist them in setting up income
generating units.
44) To promote ideal of nationalism , social justice and economic equality.
45) To plan, promote , assist and guide the implementation of programmes and
activities of social and economics nature designed for people living below the
poverty line and to get more and youth attached to such programmes.
46) To establish and manage institution for development of handicapped, disabled ,
beggars , widows, orphanage and weaker section of the society.
47) To develop professional manpower of international and national standard by
setting up high end technical / professional institutions , schools.
48) To setup vocational training centers women and the people living below poverty
line.
49) To rehabilitate people affected due to terrorism militancy, earth quake, floods etc
50) To provide computer knowledge and Internet and E.com services, software and
hardware development inputs to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
51) Our vision to organize promotion/ publicity for better marketing of fruits, dry
fruits/ vegetables through awareness camps, trade shows, exhibition , fairs expo
and through means of information technology.
52) The Trust will fight against the corruption. as the harmful effects of corruption on
economic development, political stability and social welfare today are apparent
throughout the world . Promotion of education, libraries, computer institutes,
schools for distillates/ orphans and adult education, information cells, nursing
homes, hospitals, blood banks, medical aid revivals.
53) To provide free uniform / books to poor orphans and swing knitting training to
young girls.
54) Protection of forests, ecology and natural resources.
55) During awareness and counseling centers. These centers will provide following
services to the community ( a) Awareness building (b) motivational counseling (c)
screening of abuses/ addicts (d) Referral services ( e) follow up services.
56) Treatment cum rehabilitation centers:
57) To provide services to the community like preventive education and awareness
generation
58) Identification of addicts
59) Motivational counseling
60) Detoxification / de-addiction
61) Vocational rehabilitation
62) After care and re-integration into the social main stream
63) The Trust will launch awareness about the Right to Information Act
64) And generally to do all such acts as may be due necessary for due and proper
enforcement or execution of these objects.

3 Constitution Of Trust
a) Name
“"SYED BABA HYDER MASJID SHARIEF PANZAN /TRUST"” situated at
PANZAN Tehsil Chadoora District Budgam .
b) Registered Office
The registered office of the Trust shall be located at Panzan Tehsil Chadoora
District Budgam
c) Commencement
The Trust shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of registration of the
trust deed.
4. Board Of Trustees
a. The Board of trustees shall comprise of not less than 5 members. All the
functions of the trust to be performed and acts to be done shall be
performed by the Board of trustees with the Chairman as its head. All
the trustees named below shall constitute the first Board of trustees.
b. The Board shall nominate the first managing council of the 9 members,
i.e. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Joint Secretary and the
Treasurer. The member of the first managing council are:

d) Managing council shall hold office for a period of 5 years and can also seek re-
election.
e) Managing council shall hold their office on honorary basis.
f) Managing council shall meet as often as necessary and proceedings of all meeting
shall be recorded regularly in the minute book to be maintained for this purpose by
the secretary of the managing council.
g) The managing council shall have the power to adopt any new aims and objectives
and activities and can dilute any which would become redundant in the functioning
of the trust with the approval of the trustees.
h) Managing council can enter in to any agreement, contract with any agency, semi-
government authority for the purpose of carrying out the aims and objectives of the
trust smoothly and effectively.
6. THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
i. The Board of trustees shall meet at least once in three months. However, there
may be more frequent meetings, if considered proper by the managing
committee.
ii. The meeting may be called by the managing trustees i.e. the Chairman of the
managing committees or may be requisitioned by any trustee by giving notice
in writing to the managing trustees.
iii. Agenda of the meeting shall be circulated at least four days in advance.
iv. The Chairman shall sit in meeting at least every month however, of necessary it
can have more frequent meetings.
7. POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES
So as to ensure smooth execution of the objects of the trust, the trustees are empowered to
enjoy the following powers:
a. To manage the affairs of the trust generally.
b. To look after and manage the trust property.
c. To subject the trust property to achieve and accomplish the object of the trust
d. To raise funds from and out of income from the trust property, as well as from
donations, contributions in this behalf.
e. To appoint and remove the staff and employees and to decide the terms of such
employment.
f. To purchase movable and immovable properties for the trust purposes
8. Bank Accounts
I. Bank A/c of the trust shall be opened in the name of the trust in any scheduled
bank, which shall be operated by the Chairman of the trust under his signatures.
II. The financial year of the trust for the purpose of accounts will commence from 1 st
April to 31st March of each calendar year.
III. That are the incoming, fees, donations etc. shall be deposited in the trust fund
which shall be utilized for the benefit of the trust.
9 That the Author namely Ghulam Mohammad Dar shall be the beneficiary of the
trust. The Trust shall remain in force at the will of the Author
10 That the trustees have to act in the best interest of the members of the society in
fulfilling this spirit and the intention as to the establishment and creation of trust.

11. That the trustees undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of the trust in all
respects for the advancements and promotion of the education and teaching skill amongst
the boys and girls of the country in general and of the State in particular
8. POWERS OF THE MANAGING BODY : the powers and functions of the
Managing Body shall be as under:-
1. To take all such decisions as may be necessary for achieving the aims and
objectives of the Trust.
2. To prescribe and adopt rules and regulations for smooth functioning of the Trust.
3. To enter into an agreements for and on behalf Institution / Trust named “ "SYED
BABA HYDER MASJID SHARIEF PANZAN /TRUST”
4. To follow and defend all legal proceedings on behalf of the Institution / Trust and
to form committees for projecting activities of the Trust.
5. To appoint the editors who will conduct the audit of the accounts of the Institution /
Trust.
6. The decision of Managing Committee shall be deemed to have been by a majority
vote, however in case of tie the Chairman have right to caste his vote . After getting
the allotment of registration the Managing Body during first meeting shall select
the decision committee comprising and possessing the knowledge of medical ,
paramedical , social , economical, industrial activities ,so that the decisions are
taken accordingly with firm commitment of success, not to fail.
9 POWERS AND FUNCTIONS : The powers and functions of the Office Bearers
of the Trust shall be :-
The Chairman of the Trust shall be the Executive Director of managing body.
AMENDEMENTS
The Trust Deed can be modified or amended at the recommendations of 2/3rd majority of
the General Counsel
