My name is Christina. I’m from Italy, but I live in London with my parents who are both doctors there. I
have got a best friend called Janet. We are in the same class. We have many things in common, but when it comes
to shopping we are different from each other. Janet wears more fashionable clothes than I do. The things in her
wardrobe are more expensive than the things in mine. We went shopping yesterday. She bought a woolen jumper
and I bought a casual skirt. Her jumper was more expensive than my skirt. I always go for cheaper clothes because
I don’t want to spend lots of money. Janet loves furry and leather clothes. I like jeans and t-shirts very much. I
have four pairs of jeans because they are really comfortable. Janet’s wardrobe is full of colourful clothes, but I
mostly go for plain ones. Janet thinks I’m old fashioned because I never throw my clothes before they are really
old and useless. Janet often buys new clothes and gives the old items to charity shops.
