Conditions of Purchase
• Prices quoted are excluding GST and VAT .
• Prices quoted are TBC. Freight from MineARC is at customer’s expense.
• Freight of Dangerous Goods will incur a flat fee of $55 at cost to client.
• Additional charge for official Certificate of Origin
• Quote is valid 60 days from issue.
• Payment Terms are 50% on PO, 40% on completion of build and 10% on commission.
• Labour for manufacturer accredited, virtual Operator and Maintenance Training, is free of charge. All travel expenses to and from site are at the
customers’ expense.
• Warranty is 12 months from date of installation on the complete unit
• Please allow TBC weeks manufacturing time from date of receipt of order. Custom designs may vary.
• All Conditions of Purchase are in addition to MineARC’s standard Terms & Conditions.
