Each cylinder was subjected to an autofrettage pressure of 635 bar for at least one minute.
Each cylinder was subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test at the test pressure stated above and
volumetric expansion was found to be satisfactory.
Each cylinder was manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EN 12245:2009+A1:2011 and the design
defined in type approvals or design variant approval.
All materials used in the manufacture of the cylinders were identified by individual batch numbers and
their properties were verified that they complied with the specifications and approved design
requirements.

I, the undersigned hereby declare that I have checked that the requirements of Table A.1, Table A.2, Table A.3 and
Table A.4 of EN 12245:2009+A1:2011 have been carried out satisfactorily.
