INSTRUCTIONS
FOR JAW FORMING
1 Set the jaw into the correct position

2 Adjust the Jaw Boring Ring to fit the


bolt holes, then turn in the opposite
direction of the chuck clamping force

3 Lock the chuck to clamp the Jaw

4 Machine to the required size

5 Unlock the chuck and remove the Jaw

the work piece will have a better T.I.R
