I. RATIONALE
Carlos P Garcia Senior High School, pursuant to DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022 titled School Calendar and
Activities for the School Year 2022-2023 which states that: Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela
shall be conducted, focusing on information campaigns, and strengthening partnerships that complement
the Department’s effort to ensure quality basic education.
The teaching and non-teaching personnel, stakeholder, student volunteers, and community partners in
the spirit of unity and volunteerism, is gearing to provide the learners a learning environment that is safe,
secure, and free of harm by repairing, improving, acquiring and maintaining school facilities and
equipment through physical labor, material donation and support.

na Paaralan”.
The teaching and non-teaching personnel, stakeholders, student volunteers, and community partners in
the spirit of unity and volunteerism, is gearing to provide the learners a learning environment that is safe,
secure, and free of harm by repairing, improving, acquiring and maintaining school facilities and
equipment through physical labor, material donation and support.
Objectives:
1. prepare a suitable and safe learning environment before the opening of classes.
2. inculcate the mind of parent, stakeholders the importance of their involvement in the preparation of
the opening of classes.
3. serve as avenue for the stakeholders to fully engage for school improvement and sustainability for
the opening of school year.
Expected Output:
Provide learners a learning environment that is safe, secure, and free of harm by having a school
that has repaired, repainted, acquired and improved facilities and equipment ready for the new
and upcoming school year.
