The Snowflake Partner Technical Foundations On-Demand course provides participants with a basic
understanding of the Snowflake architecture before diving deeper into design considerations,
implementation approaches, and Snowflake best practices. This course is a combination of on-demand
content and self-paced labs.

HOW TO PURCHASE THE COURSE
Please review our Snowflake Partner Technical Foundations On-Demand Training - SOW if considering
registering for Snowflake Partner Technical Foundations through 1 of our 2 purchase options available:
1. Credit Card Purchase
2. Purchase Order/Salesforce Opportunity for Pre-Paid Seats
(1) Credit Card Purchase
If interested in registering for the course with a credit card, follow the steps under HOW TO REGISTER
FOR THE COURSE.
(2) Purchase Order/Salesforce Opportunity for Pre-Paid Seats
If interested in purchasing pre-paid seats to later redeem, please work with your Snowflake Account
Rep to purchase a set number of seats using SKU: EDU-PTF-OD for the course. Upon order
completion, work with Educational Services to redeem the pre-paid seat(s).
Scheduling and Term. All Technical Services and materials described in this SOW will be made
available to each licensed user for a period equal to the shorter of: (a) six (6) months from the initial
date of access or (b) 12 months from the Order Form Effective Date that references this SOW (the
“Term”).
Rescheduling Policy. On-Demand licenses are intended for a single user and are non-cancellable and
non-transferrable.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE COURSE
1. Navigate to training.snowflake.com and click the login button in the top right of the screen
2. Enter your Snowflake Partner Network email address and click Next. The Snowflake Partner
Community Login screen will appear.

● First Community Time Users: CREATE a Community Account
● Existing Community Users: Log into your existing account (if it is tied to your SPN
credentials)
3. Once signed in to the Snowflake Partner Community with your SPN credentials, go to the
Snowflake Partner Technical Foundations course and enroll.
4. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the enrollment to be processed and access to be
granted into the course.
ACCESSING THE COURSE
1. You will receive the following email confirmations:
a. First Email Confirmation: Email will come from
[email protected] confirming
you have successfully been registered for the course.
b. Second Email Confirmation: Email will come from
[email protected] confirming you can now access the course in Snowflake University
(learn.snowflake.com).
2. Access your course materials on learn.snowflake.com/dashboard.
5. Finish your Registration: You will be prompted to sign in another time using your Snowflake
Partner Community credentials.

Go to Snowflake University: Go to Snowflake University and select “SIGN IN” in the upper
right hand corner. You will be redirected to Snowflake Community to login. Please login using
your SPN credentials. (See the Snowflake University Partner Login Instructions for detailed
login information.).
a. If you do not have SPN credentials, please visit Snowflake Partner Network and select
“Not a member?” in the lower right hand corner to create a user account.
Once you have SPN credentials, return back to Snowflake University to “SIGN IN”.
Access Course: Once logged into Snowflake Community, you will automatically be directed
back to your learning Dashboard in Snowflake University to access the course.

WHERE DO I LOGIN TO ACCESS THE COURSE?
It’s recommended to view the HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE COURSE section for full instructions to
ensure a seamless experience to access the course after registering.
If you are already registered for the course, you can access it for the first time or resume progress in
Snowflake University.
● Go to Snowflake University and select “SIGN IN” in the upper right hand corner. You will be
redirected to Snowflake Community to login. Please login using your SPN credentials. (See
the Snowflake University Partner Login Instructions for detailed login information.).
○ If you do not have SPN credentials, please visit Snowflake Partner Network and select
“Not a member?” in the lower right hand corner to create a user account.
● Once you have SPN credentials, return back to Snowflake University to “SIGN IN”.
HOW MUCH DOES THE COURSE COST?
$115 USD per participant to purchase the course and access it for up to 6 months.
IS THIS A SNOWFLAKE CERTIFICATION?

If you first login into Snowflake University with your standard Community account and then try to login in
with your .SPN account, you will see this error message:

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
1. “Sign out” of both community.snowflake.com, and learn.snowflake.com, close browsers.
2. Sign in with the COMMUNITY account via learn.snowflake.com (not your .SPN) account.
3. Change the profile email to an email DIFFERENT to the .SPN login.
a. For instance, if you are
[email protected] (Community) and
[email protected] (SPN) change your email from
[email protected] to
[email protected] or
[email protected].
4. Confirm the email change by clicking “Confirm Email Change” in the email sent to you from
[email protected].

5. “Sign out” of both community.snowflake.com, and learn.snowflake.com, close browsers.
6. Go to https://learn.snowflake.com and login with your .SPN account. A new, SPN enabled
account with your correct email (
[email protected]) will be created.
7. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Educational Services and note you have
already tried this process to correct the issue.
