Subject: Employment Offer

Dear ABDUL MAJID,

Pistache, is pleased to make an employment, for the below mentioned position. The
details of the employment offer are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Title and Responsibilities:

(a) Your designation shall be Multiengine Technical Leader and you will work for
the Company under the direct supervision of Emirates Group, Ajman.UAE
(b) You will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will have responsibilities towards, and/or
in respect of, the understated in Annexure 1:

(c) Additionally, you may be asked by the Company to undertake assignments


substantially similar in nature to the ones described in (b) above.

Place and Date of Appointment:

(d) You are recruited by the Company, stationed in Dubai, UAE.

Rules of Professional Integrity:

(e) While rendering professional services for the Company, you shall ensure your
ability to be, and to appear to be, free of interest, whatever its actual effect, that
might be regarded as being incompatible with the objectivity required to carry out
professional responsibilities for the Company.

(f) You shall keep the secrets of the Company, its affiliates and clients, with whom
you may become involved or engaged in any form at any time both during the
period of your employment and at all times after its termination, and shall not
divulge any matters or things relating to the business or interest of the Company
its affiliates and clients to any unauthorized person or utilize any secret or
confidential knowledge or information.

(g) You shall devote all of your time and attention towards your duties to the
Company and shall not, during the subsistence of this Agreement, without the
previous written consent of the Company, become interested or engaged directly
or indirectly in any other trade, business or occupation whatsoever, except as a
shareholder or debenture holder in a company.

(h) You shall not initiate employment discussions with a client, associate or
competitor of the Company in UAE or abroad without Company’s prior written
consent. You shall not perform services similar or substantially similar to those
you would perform for the Company or take-up employment with a client,
associate or competitor of the Company in UAE or abroad for a period of twelve
(12) months from the date of termination of this Agreement for any reason.

(i) All of the Company’s documents and materials including reports, proposals,
brochures, books, manuals, leaflets, emails, faxes and stationery either in
electronic or hardcopy that will come in your possession during the course of your
employment, shall always remain the Company’s property. Such documents and
materials shall be immediately returnable to the Company upon demand.

(j) You assert that you have not executed a non-competition agreement with your
previous employer, and that there are no legal interdiction preventing you from
being employed with our company

Remuneration Package:

(k) Your gross Yearly remuneration package shall be 88000 AED. The basic
remuneration structure for the time being shall be:
Basic remuneration = 58000 AED
House Rent Allowance = 11000 AED
Car Allowance = 7000 AED
Transportation Allowance = 8000 AED
Other Allowance = 4000 AED

The above package is inclusive of monthly mobile reimbursement.


(l) You shall be entitled to health insurance which the Company shall arrange for you
as per the prevailing UAE Labour laws.

(m) End of Service Benefits will be calculated in accordance with the UAE Labour
Law.

Leave Policies:

(n) You will be granted 30 calendar days leave per year for each continuous year of
service. Leave can be taken at any time convenient to the Company and yourself.
Leave is not normally granted before the completion of one year’s service but
may be accumulated up to a maximum period of three years.

(o) You will be entitled for a leave ticket once in two years though leave will be
granted to you every year.

(p) Leave can be enchased as per the UAE Labour laws and at the management’s
discretion.

(q) You will be reimbursed by the Company for any travel that you do in connection
with your job against a surrender of original copies of the receipts. You would,
however, be required to obtain prior approval of the Company before undertaking
such expenses.

Invention Assignment and Secrecy Agreement

(r) You shall inform the Company immediately about any new or novel process,
techniques or design you may come across discover or invent. All such
discoveries or inventions will be the property of the Company. The Company
may at its discretion take out patents in your name for such discoveries or
inventions and the Company will retain the rights to such patents as the sole
beneficiary.
Probation, Confirmation and Termination

(s) If you, at any time, disobey or neglect to observe the orders and instructions of the
Company or any of its representatives or officers having authority over you or if
you shall be irregular in your attendance at work or shall commit a breach of any
of the obligations on your part herein contained or if you shall in the opinion of
the Company or its representative prove incompetent or if you shall absent
yourself from work without permission and without reasonable excuse or if you
shall be guilty of drunkenness, disorderly conduct, insubordination, dishonesty or
gross moral conduct, or if you shall be incapacitated from carrying out your duties
owing to illness or injury caused by your own fault or owing to your being
involved in civil or criminal proceedings, then it shall be lawful for the Company
to terminate this Agreement forthwith and your right to salary and other benefits
hereunder shall cease as from the date of such termination.

(t) There shall be probationary period of three (3) months during which either side
may terminate this contract without any notice to the other.

(u) After a successful completion of the probationary period, your services will be
confirmed with the Company. Thereafter, this contract may be terminated by
either side by giving an advance notice of thirty (30) days to the other or salary in
lieu thereof. Your services, however, may be terminated at any time due to any
violation or breach of the provisions contained in sub-paras (f) to (j) and/or (u),
and /or (t) above.

We welcome you to Pistache and wish you good luck in your long term career with us.
We must reiterate that the position being offered to you enjoys a coveted status and future
prospects will be mainly dependent on your performance.

Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter as an acknowledgment of your acceptance and
submit the required documents as per our Visa Section Department. If you have any
