OWNERSHIP
Ownership entails taking the responsibility to achieve good outcomes.
It means not waiting for anyone else to take action and being as concerned about the outcome as a company
owner is.
It means taking responsibility for the outcomes of your decisions, ensuring that they are of the highest quality
and delivered on time.
Taking responsibility demonstrates to others that you can be trusted to do the right thing.
Ownership implies that I have a duty to the company in terms of results, as well as a responsibility to act on the
issues that influence those results. I will need to assemble a team to assist me in achieving my goals, but in
the end, I must be accountable and responsible for the outcomes of my decisions.

CREATIVITY
The generation of new ideas within or across disciplines is referred to as creative thinking. It draws on or
deviates from those disciplines' rules and procedures, and actively engages students in rearranging existing
ideas; creating new properties or possibilities for something that already exists; and finding or imagining
something completely new. Originality, appropriateness, versatility, and contribution to the domain are all
criteria for assessing innovative thinking.
LEADERSHIP & TEAMWORK
Leadership is the ability to influence others' behavior. It can also be described as the ability to persuade a
group to achieve a common goal. Future visions must be developed by leaders, who must also inspire
organizational members to want to accomplish them.
Teamwork is a kind of work that teams are best configured to do. It is work that blends individual strengths so
that they complement each other, and in doing so brings people together with a sense of camaraderie and
shared vision so that their strengths are applied in a common direction towards meaningful goals.

Drive is the most important element in achieving whatever it is that motivates you. People with drive
understand that goals are not always easy to achieve, but they persist in pursuing them at all costs.
Whatever the case might be.
The ability to consistently do something that brings you closer to your target on a regular basis is what will
help you develop a strong motivation.
Being driven means that you know what you have to do every day when you wake up and you do it. You find
out where you want to go, and you work for that goal every day. Being driven means that you can never lose
sight of your destination, no matter what happens along the way.
