Check Out Policy

Official Check-out time is 12:00 noon
Procedure:
Alternative to late checkout is giving the guest a shower room
prior to their departure.
In exceptional cases, late checkout is available, such as a
regular/repeated guest, guest being ill, VIP A or B. In those
cases please discuss the request with your supervisor on duty.
Late checkout is only confirmed to the guest the evening
before the guest’s departure to make sure there is no arrival
to that particular room.
Connecting rooms, preferred rooms by return guests, and
Landmark rooms are only given late check-out if they are truly
available and not blocked for the same day arrival, even
though the guest in-house wishes to pay for the late check-
out.
Guest can keep the room until 6 p.m. for an agreed fee. After
6 p.m. normal room charges apply.
Every room should receive a formal checkout letter one day
prior to their departure.
Group departures are only provided 20% of their total rooms
as courtesy rooms.
