The ICT Coordinator of a school is writing to request borrowing the LCD projector of Guadalupe Parish for their upcoming 41st Graduation Exercises. During the event, the School Head will give her first State of the School Address to discuss the school's achievements for the past year and plans for the upcoming year. The coordinator assures the Parish Priest that he will personally return the LCD projector immediately after the program.

Greetings!

Our school will be commemorating our 41 st Graduation Exercises on March 30, 2012. And in line with
the said celebration, our school head will be rendering her 1 st SOSA (State of the School Head
Address) where she will be addressing to the public about the school’s achievements,
accomplishments, and improvements for the entire school year as well as the updates for the
upcoming school year.

In this connection, please allow us to borrow your LCD projector which is a perfect tool that we can
use as a visual aid to the general public during our graduation program.

I assure you that I will personally return the said equipment immediately after the program.

We are hoping for your favourable response regarding this matter.
