How to Access the System?


To access the system, navigate to
cfss.cloud/reclassification/login in any web
browser. Once in, you will be greeted by the
SFPRS website interface.

In the login screen, the user will need to input


their login credentials to access their account.
Creation of Accounts
Each institution will be assigned a System Administrator
Account (HR account), which will be used for creating
accounts for the Institutional Evaluation Committee (IEC) and
Applicants (Faculties) who will be applying for SUC
reclassification.

Other accounts involved in the assessment of SUC Faculty


Position Reclassification System (SFPRS) will be provided with
log-in credentials by the respective system admins of
either the CHEDRO Admin Account or Institution HR
Account.

institution's applicants/faculty.

Fill in the user's full name, Enter the user 3
level. This determines whether the log-in
credential belongs to the IEC or the
applicants. Enter the applicant's current
position. Select the user's sex before
entering the email and password. Now
Press the "Submit" Button

Starting the Application Process


1 In any web browser, enter
http://cfss.cloud/reclassification/login to access
the System. The SFPRS online interface will
be shown when you enter the site.

Log in by entering the user credentials. Please


note that your credentials will be provided by your
HR Administrator.
Once logged in the System, move the 2
cursor key in the display window's upper right
corner and click the default picture or logo
beside the applicant’s name,.Select the
"Application Button" from the menu.
The System will now take you to the Application Page dashboard 3
where you can view the Application Information control panel. Check your
"Faculty Status";
If the information is correct, click the Next Step

button to proceed to the uploading of documents.
This dashboard consists of four tabs, namely:
IKRA 1 for Instruction,
KRA 2 for Research, Innovation, and Creative Work
KRA 3 for Extension
and KRA 4 for Professional Development.
Each tabular in each KRAs has an Action Button, a Data Entry menu button, and a
dashboard for each Area of Evaluation.

Click the Action Button and then click the "Data

Entry menu," where you will be taken to the Criterion
Dashboard of Teaching Effectiveness.

In the upper right corner of the form, move the cursor over
the drop-down

button to check if the application status during that period is 'On Study Leave' or
'Not on Study Leave. If the status is "On Study Leave", indicate the number of
period of study that the applicant is on leave then click the Save Button.

KRA 1: Student Evaluation Instruction Tab
On the left side of the dashboard is the Institution mode of delivery, 7
use the drop-down menu, to choose a semester or a trimester term.
In uploading a document in the table provided, move the cursor key 8
to the rightmost side and click the plus sign button.

You may click the plus sign button until the number of academic year
appears.
KRA 1: Student Evaluation Instruction Tab
At the Evidence column, click the Evidence button, then attach the 9
required file document/s, and fill out the entries in the box for each
corresponding Academic Year. You may also click the Save button,
Delete Button, or Edit Button depending on your purpose.
KRA 1: Supervisor’s Evaluation Instruction Tab
The following instructions are the same as those instructions in the 1.1
Student Evaluation Instruction Tab.

Once the applicants have filled out all the entries, and attached the 10
needed evidences for this criterion, click the close button to complete the
evaluation process for KRA 1. Criterion A and, proceed to the next area of
evaluation, The Criterion B. Curriculum and Instructional Materials
Developed.

This dashboard also has an Upload button, a Save Button, Edit Button, and a

All buttons have the same functions as the rest of the interface dashboards for all
KRAs.

Please note that in the last tabular, criterion for KRA 4, there is a National and
International Award button located beside the KRA IV Summary button. This Award
will automatically reclassify the positioning the applicant for one sub-rank higher.

11Then after completing the entries and submitting all the requirements in
each area of evaluation in KRA 1, in KRA 2, in KRA 3 and in KRA 4, the
applicant must read and agree with the clause agreement,
And then click the Submit button to proceed to the
Evaluation Phase dashboard.

12In the Evaluation Phase Dashboard, the applicant can now view the
Application Status and Individual Summary Sheet.
Unless the application period expires or ends, the applicant can still edit or
re-upload documents through the Reclassification link box located under
your email address, even if the application has already been submitted.

THE IEC EVALUATION PROCESS

web browser and you will be prompt to the SFPRS online interface.

Enter your credentials to log in. The IEC log-in credentials is provided by the HR Administrator.

THE IEC EVALUATION PROCESS


Once you login, you will be prompted to the Application for Evaluation 2
Dashboard and may now view the names of the applicants who already
submitted their applications for reclassification evaluation.

THE IEC EVALUATION PROCESS


For the starting of IEC evaluation process, hover your mouse 3
downward and click the Reclassification button located below the email
address of the applicant.
