1. General Introduction

XPE1215 移动颚式破碎站是专门针对露天矿开采粗碎作业研发的大型移动破碎

站，配合移动皮带机可组成“无卡车物料输送系统”，其性能可靠、造型美观，配备高

可靠性的深腔型颚式破碎机、图形化触摸屏操作界面、优化的发动机功率匹配等关键成

熟技术，整机设计达到国际先进水平，可以广泛用于各类矿石和天然石料的粗碎处理。

XPE1215 movable jaw crushing station is a kind of large-scale equipment specially

developed to meet open-pit coarse crushing requirements. If it is coupled with a mobile belt
conveyor, it can be composed into a “truckless material conveying system”. It has reliable
performances and a pleasant appearance, and is equipped with a deep cavity type jaw crusher,
graphic touchscreen interface and optimized engine power matching technology, and has
reached advanced global standard. It is widely applied for coarse crushing of various ores and
natural stones.

➢ Efficient and low-energy crusher: deep cavity type PE1215 crusher has enlarged
eccentric distance, optimized swing mechanism and a huge crushing capacity; the
adjustment of discharge opening is full hydraulic, which is simple and quick; besides, it is
equipped with a discharge opening detection function.

➢ 均匀给料系统：全自动控制调节给料量，保证给料量的均匀性及连续性，提

高破碎主机的效率；

➢ Even feedstock system: feed quantity is under full automatic regulation, which
guarantees even continuous feeding and increases crushing efficiency.

➢ Comprehensive vibration optimization scheme: damping spring of vibrating

feeder and vibration damper of crusher are optimized in order to avoid transmitting the
vibration to the main body. This design can extend the lifespan of the whole machine;
damping spring of the electric cabinet offers ideal protection to electric elements and
enhances electric system reliability.

采用斯堪尼亚（DC16）电控、直喷、4 冲程、水冷、涡轮增压、空空中冷、V8 发

550KVA.

进气系统为两级过滤，配有空气预滤器，选用高质量的美国唐纳森轴向密封空滤器，

能适应多粉尘等恶劣工况，过滤效果提高至 99.99%，滤芯寿命提高 2 倍。

Air intake system that has two filtration stages can adapt to harsh dusty working
conditions, as it is equipped with an air prefilter and a high quality Donaldson axial-seal air
filter imported from America, filtering effect has increased to 99.99% and filter element
lifespan has doubled.

整机采用全电力驱动，燃油经济性高，动力响应快，且支持外接电源，和电力输出

功能。

The whole machine is full electric drive and it has high fuel economy and fast dynamic
response, supports connection with external power sources and can output power.

（二）进料斗 (II) Feed hopper

进料斗用于临时储存物料，保证移动式破碎机主振动给料机能连续平稳输送物料；

采用腔体结构，强度高、耐冲击，并且能够快速加装扩展板，增大容积；超过 5 米的宽

大进料口可适配挖机、装载机、卡车上料；整体采用拼接式结构，保证运输尺寸；内部

衬板采用 NM400 耐磨钢；料斗平装容积 12m³，扩展容积为 18 m³。

Feed hopper stores materials for temporary and makes sure the main vibrating feeder of
movable crusher can convey materials in a continuous and stable way; it has a cavity structure
with high strength and good impact resistance, and it supports installing an expansion board,
so as to enlarge the volume; the more-than-5-meter wide feed hopper can be well matched
with excavators, loaders and trucks to load materials; the overall hopper is a spliced structure,
which is convenient for transport; the internal lining plate is made of NM400 anti-wear steel;
hopper level loading capacity is 12m3, expanded capacity is 18m3.

（三）振动给料机 (III) Vibrating feeder

给料机槽体由钢板焊接而成，采用敞口形式，槽体底板加装耐磨衬板，延长使用寿

命；减振弹簧支撑，在启停过程中能快速通过共振区，降低振动噪音，有效控制设备横

向摆动，提高使用寿命；激振器采用较常用的双偏心轴式惯性激振器，保证可靠性，驱

动采用液压马达驱动方式；棒条预筛分机构采用模块化设计，棒条的数量和间隙可根据

使用需求进行调整；给料量可进行调节，根据整机处理需要能够实现自动控制给料速度，

或手动调节给料量。

Feeder trough is welded with steel sheet and is an open type. Trough bottom plate is
armed with anti-wear lining plate to extend the lifespan; it is supported with damper spring,
can quickly pass resonance zone during start and stop process, so as to reduce vibrating noise,
control lateral swing and increase service life; the vibration exciter is a commonly used
double eccentric shaft type inertia vibration generator that ensures the reliability; the drive
form is hydraulic motor; bar pre-screening mechanism is a modular design; the number of
bars and their clearance can be adjusted according to the actual need; feedstock quantity is
adjustable and feeding speed is automatically or manually adjustable according to the actual
processing requirements of the whole machine.

（四）输送系统 (IV) Conveying system

XPE1215 输送机包含：自然细料输送机、主输送机，主要承担物料的输送；主梁

采用 C 型折弯板焊接而成的梯状结构，安全可靠；输送皮带采用高强度输送带，耐磨实

用；主输送机采用双电机驱动，稳定可靠，细料输送机采用液压马达驱动，带速可根据

实际工作需要进行调节；主输送机尾部带有液压升降装置，可根据破碎机排料口大小调

节卸料高度，减少物料对皮带的冲击，头部高度可调，可适用单机或搭配移动皮带不同

工况需求；输送机前端可配备喷淋装置，有效减少了输出物料带来的扬尘，达到环保的

要求。

XPE1215 conveyors include natural fine material conveyor and main conveyor and they
mainly undertake material conveying; main beam has a ladder structure welded with C shaped
bending plates, which is safe and reliable. Conveyor belt is high-strength, wear resistant and
durable. Main conveyor is driven by two motors which is steady and reliable; fine material
conveyor is driven by hydraulic motor; belt speed is adjustable; main conveyor tail is
equipped with a hydraulic lifting device that regulates the discharge height according to
discharge opening size in order to reduce belt impact; main conveyor head is height adjustable,
and can be fit for a single machine or matched with a mobile belt to meet different working
requirements; the front end of conveyor can be armed with a spray system to restrain dust and
protect the environment.

（五）颚式破碎机 (V) Jaw crusher

颚式破碎机采用深 V 腔型，进料口尺寸为 1200mm×1400mm，排料口尺寸调节

范围为 125～250mm，最大处理能力 990t/h；主机架采用模块化设计、无焊接机架结

构，前、后机架采用大型高质量铸钢件，侧壁采用热轧钢板，两者采用销轴、螺栓连接

在一起，装配方便；动颚采用大型耐磨铸钢件，偏心轴采用重型锻造偏心轴设计；动颚

轴承采用振动机械专用调心滚子轴承，保证动颚总成的抗冲击性和稳定性；密封形式采

用迷宫密封，脂润滑（集中润滑系统）；基于排料口液压双楔块调节装置，液压张紧装

置；排料口开度传感器，可通过触摸屏快速调节排料口，并实时显示排料口大小。

large-sized high quality steel-casting, while side walls are made of hot rolled steel plates, and
they are connected via pin shaft and bolts, convenient for assembly; the movable jaw is a
large-sized anti-wear steel casting; eccentric shaft is a heavy forging design; movable jaw
bearings are spherical roller bearings specially designed for vibrating machine, and they
guarantee the impact resistance and stability of movable jaw assembly; the sealing form is
labyrinth seal; grease (centralized lubrication system); discharge opening is based on a
hydraulic double-wedge adjusting gear, hydraulic tensioning device; discharge opening is
equipped with an opening sensor that supports quick adjustment of discharge opening via
touchscreen and real time displays discharge opening size.

（六）破碎锤 (VI) Breaking hammer

配备可无线遥控的破碎锤装置，在破碎主机卡料时，可实现远程不停机清理堵料，

避免因主机卡料造成的停机。

The jaw crusher is equipped with a breaking hammer, which supports wireless remote
control; when the crusher is blocked, it can quickly remove the plugged materials and thus
avoid machine halt.

（七）机架总成 (VII) Frame assembly

主机架是移动式破碎站的主要承载部件，整体为高强度钢板焊接而成；主体箱体船

型结构、中间连接和抗扭管组成，并在应力集中区域增加筋板、垫板等结构；履带采用

双安装位设计，可实现单机或搭载移动皮带两种不同重心工况的使用要求。

Main frame is the major load-bearing component, is welded with high-strength steel
sheets; the main frame box has a ship-like structure, composed of intermediate connector and
torsional pipes; reinforcing plates and base plates are added to stress concentration areas;
crawler has a double mounting-position design, is fit for a single machine or matched with a
mobile belt, so as to meet the requirements of working conditions with two kinds of center of
gravity.

液压系统由破碎主机调节系统、破碎作业系统、破碎锤系统、履带行走系统等四大

部分组成；采用负载敏感变量泵、负载敏感阀、变排量行走马达，实现履带行走系统无

级调速；振动给料机速度有两种调节模式，一是通过破碎腔料位传感器自动调节给料速

度，二是通过触摸屏手动调速。低压除尘系统，各支路流量独立控制，除尘效果更好输

送机前端及破碎机扬尘处配备喷淋喷嘴，有效抑尘。自动润滑系统定期润滑各部件，减

少保养时间，降低维修成本。

Hydraulic system is composed four major systems: crusher adjusting system, crushing
system, breaking hammer system and crawler travel system; load-sensitive variable pump,
load-sensitive valve and variable displacement walking motor are adopted in the travel system
to achieve stepless speed regulation of the crawler; vibrating feeder has two speed regulation
modes, one is automatic speed regulation via material level sensor mounted in crushing cavity,
the other is manual speed regulation via touchscreen. The flow of each branch in low-pressure
dust removal system is under independent control, resulting in better de-dusting effect;
sprayers are respectively mounted at the front end of conveyor and the dust raising position of
crusher to effectively restrain dust. Automatic lubrication system lubricates components at a
fixed time interval, which reduces the time and cost of system maintenance.

（九）电气系统 (IX) Electric system

采用车载 PLC 控制器和彩色触摸液晶显示器进行控制；智能故障检测，GPS 远程

监控、存储运行状态，轻松找出故障部位，省时省力；无线遥控、人机界面、一键启停

操作模式，用户使用更方便；破碎机负载智能检测，结合给料互锁控制，连续给料性更

强。

Machine control can be fulfilled via the vehicle-mounted PLC controller and colored
touch-screen LCD; intelligent fault detection plus GPS remote monitoring and storing of
running status for the user to easily find out the faulty position, which saves time and effort;
wireless remote control, man-machine interface, one-key start & stop operation mode make
