Reflective Paper Template

This document provides a template for writing a reflective piece that evaluates a project. It includes prompts to reflect on: 1) how well the project outcome achieved the aim, including strengths/limitations and ways to improve, 2) the effectiveness of the individual's work process and what they might do differently, 3) the benefits and challenges of teamwork and the individual's performance and contributions as a team member, and 4) the cultural perspectives researched, key findings, how their work informed the outcome and overall learning about the issue.
