3 - The distances shown in the table refer to pipings within processing units. For pipings outside processing
units, the distances shall be increased from 50 to 70 mm, because these piping systems are usually subject to greater lateral movements.
4 - The distances shown in the table are applicable only when the flanges in adjacent pipes are out of phase. This phase difference between
flanges shall be at least 300 mm.
