Check for any last-minute additional charges not yet posted ( such as restaurant, bar, and long distance calls)..if
there’s any charges…ask how the guest wishes to settle her balance/account (then do the process of payment if it
is cash or credit card and give the receipt to the guest)..after the payment…..
