COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument made and executed by and between:

EDUARDO T. ESCORPISO, JR., of legal age, single,


Filipino and a resident of Brgy. No. 4, Igbaras, Iloilo,
Philippines, hereinafter known as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

RANDY ESCOSA of legal age, married, Filipino and a


resident of Brgy. No. 4, Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines, hereinafter
known as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

1. That whatever happens to me and my family, he shall be


deemed responsible and accountable of it;
2. That the SECOND PARTY will not be stepping foot anymore
nor will he work on the subject property in dispute of the
FIRST PARTY;

3. That the SECOND PARTY will inform his friend, alias “Dapa”
that he ought to refrain involving himself in the subject
property in dispute;

4. That after the settlement, the SECOND PARTY shall refrain


from adversely speaking against the FIRST PARTY and his
family;

5. That payment of legal fees does not diminish the case or


settlement, and is still subject to furtherance and fees may
be reimbursed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES hereunto set their


hands this __________________, in the City of Iloilo, Philippines.
