Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on April 7, 2023, by and
between Rooftop
BIM Limited, with a registered address at RM 1805-06, 18/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Road,
Kowloon, Hong
Mark L. Galang
Kong ("Disclosing Party"), and freelancer _______________________ ("Receiving Party"), collectively
referred to as "Parties".

Whereas, the Disclosing Party possesses proprietary information relating to measurement and modeling
services and all materials related to such services, but not limited to ("Confidential Information");

Whereas, the Receiving Party is seeking access to the Confidential Information solely for the limited
purpose of providing services to the Disclosing Party;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the mutual covenants and agreements
contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Confidential Information. The Disclosing Party will provide the Confidential Information to the
Receiving Party solely for the limited purpose set forth above.

2. Obligations of the Receiving Party. The Receiving Party agrees to use the Confidential Information
solely for the limited purpose set forth in this Agreement and to maintain confidentiality. The
Receiving Party shall not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior
written consent of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable precautions
to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information, including but not limited
to limiting access to the Confidential Information to employees or agents who need to know such
information.

3. Return of Confidential Information. Upon the Disclosing Party's request, the Receiving Party shall
promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information in its possession or control, including but not
limited to files and other materials relating to the Confidential Information, and provide written
confirmation to the Disclosing Party that such Confidential Information has been destroyed.

4. Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date set forth above and shall terminate after
one month.

5. Remedies. In the event of any breach by the Receiving Party of any of the provisions of this
Agreement, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, damages, or both.

6. Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and
supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this
Agreement.

The Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
