earlier to this case.

untrue I shall responsible abide by the punishment proposed by the authorities. Hence

a) I shall abide to the statutory rules and law and bind myself to the directions
issued by the confiscation authority.

b) J shall appear personally before the confiscation authority or any other officer
empowered under AP Excise Act/ A.P. Prohibition Act during the
investigation, examination of the case etc.

crimes earlier.
